Awesome strong hands-free holder for phone.
This works just as expected. The neck is strong and the clip holds the phone firmly. I have a Samsung with a Defender case and it holds the phone with no problem. The way the clip is designed, I imagine it would accommodate pretty much any size phone. I have a neck injury and this helps relieve the strain and my arms don't have to get tired holding the phone over my head. It also keeps my phone handy at night. No more groping around wondering where it is in the dark. The clip firmly holds it to an antique night stand that has a wide lip, without doing any damage to the wood. If you are looking for a hands-free way to read or watch videos on your phone, this is definitely the gadget to get.

It sort of works
I want to like this tablet holder, and I do...I mean it works, but unfortunately, it doesn't completely fit my tablet. I have a 10" AT&T Primetime and a Supcase heavy duty case...that adds a bit more bulk than the 10" allowed for the holder. Basically the spring loaded arms stretch to accommodate 10" tablets, but nothing more. So my 10.5" tablet won't fit. At least with a case that can't be easily removed.I can position the holder so that the tablet rests on the arms, but this won't work for driving as any slight bump or turn will tip it off.My only course will be to replace the case with a smaller form factor...

Rugged
I bought this for my construction work truck; I drive on bumpy-dirt roads all day, which broke all other phone/tablet holders. This one, with its metal brakets and mounts, seems super tough.

Great headrest mount.
This is by far the best headrest mount I have bought. Very happy with the purchase. Most any tablet will fit in it. I mostly use an iPad mini in a thick kid friendly case and it fits no problem where as most mounts wouldn't fit the iPad in such a thick case. It also fits our iPad Air with no case. So best of both worlds!

Great for road trips with kids
Purchased for my daughter to help on a road trip...needless to say it held her iPad perfectly and didn’t hear a peep during a 3 hour ride. No issues, good product.

Won't hold its position
I bought these for a long car trip. They hold a full size ipad without the case the only problem is when its on the arm falls and hangs low. You constantly have to adjust it with and allen wrench that always seems to be misplaced. Knobs would have been nice. now a screw has fallen out and rendered the entore thing useless. I used it maybe 3 times. you are better off finding a different brand
