Very nice selection of faux succulents. I think they look pretty realistic and work well in a large pot with real succulents. They had a very strong chemical odor to them when I opened the package, so they had to be aired out in the garage before using them inside.

I have a little key / mail holder that I mounted in my office to hold my purse, umbrella, gloves, etc. It's perfect for my office, but the empty mail holder looked really "blah". A coworker recommended putting in a small tray and planting some live plants there; but as I have no natural sunlight, and I really suck at keeping green things alive, I opted for these instead. I got a block of that green foam you can get a Walmart or a florist to keep them in place, and I just stuck them in randomly. They look fantastic! The same coworker even asked me if they were real (and she was standing about a foot away from them). I had way more than the little space called for, so I ended up sticking some in random little pots and tucking them around my computer for a little bit of "life" while I work. Even then, I had one giant one left over that I just put next to a picture (not even in a pot, just laying there). Apparently I have achieved the "shabby chic" look without even trying. Besides looking great, the stems were all very sturdy and held up well to my manhandling. I had to cut a few of them down to fit the smaller pots, but an ordinary pair of scissors and a twist took care of that. As for the feel of them - some are obviously plastic (put those in the back of the bunch), but some of them are a little fuzzy, or flocked (?) and can pass as the real thing. I'd absolutely recommend these to anybody in a similar "brown-thumb" situation. All in all, a great purchase.

Looks so realistic. I did a succulent jar and some persons actually thought it was real. I also used them in smaller recycled jars and it gave a similar impression. They were easy to use and were flexible for both large and small arrangements. The quality was great and the size of the various pieces were as advertised. I would definitely recommend this product for anyone who loves succulents but prefer not to have the job of caring for them.

Everyone says succulents are so easy to grow and take care of. I don't know why they say that, mine always die if I even look at them. Too much water? Too little water? Who knows. My mother gave me a beautiful clay multitier succulent planter. I planted it and it looked lovely until they all died. I ordered these to fill the planter. It sits near where all my other plants live happily. Nobody knows that they are fake. Yes, I put them in real dirt for the even more realistic appearance. Don't judge. Highly recommend this group of plants.
