MAXAH Plug-in Night Light, Soft LED Nightlights with Dusk to Dawn Sensor, White Daylight Lamp for Adults, Kids, Bedroom, Bathroom, Hallway, Stairways (Pack of 6)

I ordered these because I thought they would fit under the clear cover of an outdoor plug on the porch of an out building I have. They do and it worked fine for that.I tried using a couple in the house and they work and give off a soft LED light. Here are some things to know about them. As someone else said they are very sensitive and do not come on until completely dark. They do not come on on a cloudy day. They seem to have 3 levels of brightness. I can stand in front of one and make it darker and they will switch to a little brighter glow. They do not work in a small room that has an older type night light in it. Not dark enough. They do fit well in a four outlet box so that you have better access for use of the other plugs.

Our bathroom is very dark at night. Always had a nightlight. I saw these on Amazon and decided to try them. It works great. Brightness depends on how much light comes into the room. In the middle of the night, it emits enough light to see, but not blinding. Soft white light. Will use in other parts of the house too. Never have to turn it on and off!

Love thes nightlights. They give off just enough light to see in dark, without being to bright.

I'm not a fan of yellow (soft) lighting. But I was concerned that white (daylight) lighting would be too bright. That is not the case at all with these lights. The light is white but it's very muted. They provide enough light to aid you in the dark, but not so much that it wakes you up. I'm ordering a second 6-pak.

I wanted to like these, but I find them ONLY good for my actual bedroom, where I want to sleep.They're good for bed, because they hardly put out any light at all, and when you first wake up, you don't want to face into a bright light.Not good for around the house, or bathrooms, because they force you to turn on a light, if you actually want to see where you're going. You're gonna miss the dog toys, or random shoes on the floor, if you try to walk around with only the light from these to guide you.I'll keep these 6 - but only because I don't like my old screw in bulb ones for the bedroom (I had to put a table in front of that one, just to get to sleep). Those are much brighter, and put out a lot more light for a greater distance. I can get all around the house with those old screw in bulb kind. These are just a faint glow in the distance, but not at all good for seeing what's on the floor.Oddly, they shut each other off, too. They're so super sensitive to light, that even the faint glow of the dining room night-light, turns off the kitchen night-light, unless you stand between them. They're 35 ft apart, & barely put out any light at all, yet the sensor is so touchy, they shut each other off when they come on. Just the indirect moon-light coming through the window in the bathroom shut that one down, until I stood between it & the window, to wash my hands. Even turned on, it barely put any light out.Good thing I know my way around my house in the dark, because these aren't going to guide anyone new. I'll keep them, but save them for the bedrooms, and not for getting around in the dark. I'll keep my old screw in bulb kind for that, so nobody trips in the dark on the way to the bathroom.Too bad, because I liked the looks of them, and the size. Just no light, and constantly turning off.

I love these lights, we replaced all our old night lights and reordered. These are very small and not even noticeable by day but at night they offer a very soft light that gives a dim light all over the room. We put them in the bath for night visits and in our hallway and one in the bedroom. We could not be more pleased and the price is more than reasonable.

I’m using these nightlights in the bedrooms and kitchen area. They are really bright for easy walking around at night and the sensors are accurate. The sensors come on right after turning off a light switch. Great price for a good quality product! Also saves alot on the pge bills!
