Quality of Y splitter is very good.Recording quality is good, it picks up sound from all sides, but if you direct it towards mouth it captures voice distinctly louder than environment.With a little processing it sounds perfect for voice overs in video or recording interviews. I rarely need to use this in such situations but for backup of sennheiser's expensive wireless lavaliers in risky situations(wet/rain).Currently using one for gaming with audiotechnica's m20x.My main purpose was to not irritate my friends with noisy mic. This will work indoors but not for noisy outdoor environment.

This mic is good for recording videos on dslr and mobile. Please note that dslr requires to attach 3.5mm extension provided with this package otherwise it won’t work. Mic captures ambient noise Also as it don’t have noise reduction in this price

Need to use software to cancel noise , too much noise . but I don't think they clame to cancel noise. Work fine both of them , the connect work like a charm . great cheap alternative to record audio for YouTube and podcast.

This is perfect for taking interviews where phone/ camera is placed in distance from subject.It records crystal clear sound but noise cancellation is not that great so record in quiet room.My phone directly don't support the mic as it don't have facility to capture sound from external micSo I use OPEN CAMERA app for recording. Can check YouTube videos on how to change audio source to external mic to make this lapel mic work.I also have a Boya lapel mic. That also work in this y splitter cable. It's a y two headphone splitter cable.Only problem is the length of the cable which is shortRest all fine

Sound is not loud enough and not clear comparing to Juarez product.. if u are deciding which product to choose go for jaurez. Writing this review after comparing both the product at the same time the moment i received this product today i'e 9th Sept 2021. Wasted almost 2k

Exceptional microphone, started to use it and I love it!!!! I'm new into videography and was looking for a budget quality lav mic. One of my friend recommended this product and I thought I would give a try for it. I have to say this lav mic definitely gets the job done especially for the price. It comes with a very nice packaging and adequate accessories.Good sound quality for the price, easy to set up and basically a plug and play device ready to use as soon as you open the package. Overall, I'm satisfied with this lavalier lapel mic and would highly recommend this product.

I am not available to use this package because of little audio connector 3.5 male female connector is not in my package … what I do ?
