Excellent low-budget solution
I made a last-minute purchase of 2 of these innopow wireless systems to provide us with 4 additional headset mics for a musical theatre production. The very low price and suspicious amount of 5-star reviews made me a bit nervous, but so far they're working brilliantly and I'm very impressed with the quality for the price. They're pretty straightforward to set up and program. I just set them to some random frequencies and I've yet to experience any issues with interference or dropouts (this of course will vary depending on where you live). The sound quality from the included mics is quite decent and I've had no signal problems with the receivers being positioned roughly 75ft away from most of the actors on stage. The 2 biggest compromises you're going to deal with when purchasing a cheap system like this are:1) It operates on more crowded consumer-level frequency bands, so you may have to spend some time finding usable frequencies in your area. Like I said, this wasn't a problem for me where I live. And it's not a diversity receiver, which means it stays put on whatever frequencies you program it to rather than automatically searching for the cleanest frequency like more expensive systems do. So if you start experiencing problems on the frequencies you're using, you'll have to reprogram them.2) Build quality. Durability is a concern for me since I'm using these in a musical theatre production with dancing, acrobatics, costume change, etc. With a system this cheap, it's hard to say how much abuse they'll be able to withstand. I've purposely assigned them to cast members with less physical roles and so far they've held up just fine. I'll update this review if that changes.Based upon my experience so far, I would say these are a fantastic low-budget solution for wireless mic'ing in stage and theatre applications. You get a lot of stuff in the box, including both a lav and headset mic for each transmitter pack. And the fact that you get 2 packs on their own independent frequencies and such a wide range of frequencies to choose from in a single package at this price point is a small miracle for audio techs like myself trying to run a big theatre production on a tight budget.

Smaller form factor - works very well even in a crowded spectrum
I purchased these to use when travelling to continue to make videos and tutorials. The transmitters are well made. PLastic bodies, but they feel sturdy enough to survive the travelling. For the ultimate test, the units were placed into immediate service for a high school theatrical production. The set-up was easy enough for the students to complete with no assistance on my part. They easily found a free channel (the production was using 18 wireless transmitters for the actors). This could have led to a lot of interference, but none was observed or heard. The range we tested the units in was around 100 feet and never had a problem. We broadcast through the audience who all had their phones going which has caused some issues in the past - no problem here. The microphones included and the unit as a whole gave very good sound reproduction and the quality of the system is excellent. If you are looking for a nice system to be able to record live sound for your video productions, this is a good buy. We record the video with the camera sound capture and get our production sound from the microphone recording that we run separately. We utilize post production synch on the sound and the quality is very good. For what we use these for - a great buy and I'll probably purchase a few more.

Not pro-quality, but pretty good
I bought 2 of these systems for use with Scouting, and they have been solid. The boom mics have a non-existent windscreen, so you WILL get breathing noise with the boom mics (unless you're okay with feedback). The lapel mics, on the other hand, are solid. They have decent audio quality, and they're cheap enough to be disposable. The channel assignments is fairly easy and I didn't notice any interference. But then again we were out in the boonies where the nearest wireless mic was at least 10 miles away.Would I use this in a professional A/V stage / play / performance environment? Absolutely not. If you MUST have reliable wireless audio, then stick with the Sony, Audio Technica, Sennheiser, etc. But if you need a small (less than 6) number of wireless mics, then these will do fine. But just be aware that the boom mikes are worthless.

Good sound, great parts
Thanks to reviewer Art Davis for this explanation of the set up instructions. It is a 4 step process. 1.long press “MENU” as per instructions. 2. press “ADD”. 3. Open transmitter as per “IR” instruction. 4. Short press “MENU” with transmitter near receiver to sync them up.I am impressed with the sound quality., two headsets and lapel mics. Picks up both singing and acoustic guitar at the same time. The range is outstanding. Metal receiver and heavy duty antennas. I feel it was a great deal for a quality piece of equipment.

Performs as Advertised
I don’t typically write reviews. I bought this system for use in church. I’ve used Line 6 & Shure systems and they are great. I’ve used a Samson Concert 88, it worked fine. I’ve been using the Innopow system at church for about a month now and I am very pleased. Don’t expect the headset to look & feel like a pro Shure headset. But it is sturdy and sounds good for choir use. I play bass & run the sound board so I can’t focus on my mic placement when I sing. This works perfect for me. I used the second headset on a singer that started the Easter mass outside. There were 2 walls between the receiver & transmitter and over 100 feet. I had no drop outs. So, if you are looking for a solid budget wireless mic system this is an excellent choice and great value.
