All threaded pipe unusable 1 was smashed 1 was defective , handle missing parts .Items were packaged like that, there was no damage to box . I've never bought a product with so much damage ! There was no option to get anything replaced , only refund which could take up to 6 weeks . Bathroom remodel put on hold because of this .

This shower system looks amazing! The only reason I did not give it all 5 stars is because I have yet to try and use it. I had my contractor install the shower system.
