Hold up well after 5 years use it all the time

the rope needs to be bigger around to make easy handling other than its a great product

10 stars if i could give it 10.200% satisfied*Ok read the whole review*I opened the box labed beware strong magnet with high hopes. Out of the box it is already assembled and the paracord tied to the magnet and included carbeaner. Eager to test it i put the magnet on the fridge came off pretty easy put it back on the fridge and my kid pulled it off. Now amazon emails asking how i like it. Weary of the strength now i responded about how my 8 yr old daughter could pull it off the fridge. They offered a full refund but asked that i give it a shot. So i took it out today and im not sure if it was a car a steel i beam or what but the magnet got stuck on something big/heavy. As i struggled and struggled to pull what ever it was out nothing budged. Now worried i was going to loose this awesome magnet on the first day i started to panic. I pulled and pulled and pulled and i could feel the cord get tight from tension until its pulled me backwards onto my rear. I had to back my car down a twisty path so that i could attach the cord to my car to finally pull the magnet free. I emailed back admitting that the magnet was all i had hoped for.Do not get this magnet stuck anywhere you cant get a car to or you will need 3 or more people to pull it off. This magnet is no joke.

My husband enjoys watching magnet fishing on youtube and really wanted to try it out. I didn't want to spend a bunch of money on something he might lose interest in in a week so when I stumbled upon this one I knew it was the one to buy. So far my husband has found practically nothing but he absolutely loves stopping at bridges on his way home and casting the line just to see if he catches something. It's totally worth it!

Light duty not as strong as I had hoped for

Come ready to fish right out of the box. My only complaint is the paracord loves to tangle itself, but the magnet is strong!

When I first tried the magnet it did not seem powerful. I tried it next on my tool box and I could not pull it off. I had to drag it side ways to the edge to remove it.
