I’m comparing this juicer to my old workhorse the Champion 2000. I loved that one, but decided to upgrade due to the slo juicing power of the Champion 5000 for greens. . I’m so sorry I did. The juice output of the 5000 is much less than the 2000. I juiced carrots, pepper, etc. Most of the pulp came out the other end with scarcely more than a tablespoon coming out as juice. I wish I had kept the old one, but too late. I gave it away.I can’t tell you how disappointed I am. I trusted Champion, but they let me down. Now I’m shopping for a new juicer and will throw this one away.

This juicer was supposed to arrive 3 days ago , then it said yesterday. Now it gets delivered today and it won’t even turn on. When I call the company isn’t open, no way to get help or assistance this is an expensive item and amazon prime is superior deliver in 2 days. So far this has been a crust experience

EXPENSIVE BUT ITS WORTH IT

As a lucky owner of Champion's older 2000 model. I was excited to purchase the 5000 as we moved and have much less counter space now. I have NEVER BEEN HAPPIER!! The yield is amazing, assembly is simple and CLEAN UP IS A BREEZE. Finally, a user friendly juicer 💯💕👍Best investment made in a long time. I also ordered the black one for our cabin!

Excellence at its best. This juicer is hands down the finest piece of kitchen (nutrition) equipment I’ve ever had the privilege to own and use. It’s my juicing “Ferrari”. At 62 I’m in better shape than I was in my 20’s and my Champion Juicer helped make that happen.

I bought the champion juicer 5000 from the champion website. Hardest ever to get juice, more pulp than juice. little tiny hole for the juice, and for the pulp. I called immediately. said i had to pay for the return shipping, which ups charged $65. and a 15% restocking fee-$53.00, plus $30.for original shipping to me. The juicer barely worked, I own 3 other brands and they do much better even though old. I was charged $415. total, and only received back, $331.41. So for a 5 minute try at champion juicer, it cost me $150. for shipping and restocking. That is terrible! I asked them why when it was their product that was fauctly, got no where. just buy different brand! :(
