Awesome filter at an even better price
Awesome filter at an even better price!!! I’ve been paying $50 for the same filter at Lowes for the past few years. This product is great and this will be my go to place forever or as long as I can buy them here. I’ve told so many people about this seller I shave on the payroll. Seriously if you are worried about it don’t be. I was and took the chance and so happy I did. It’s an outstanding product for a fraction of the cost.

Perfect fit, no leaks
This filter is much more economical than the OEM filter and it was a quick and perfect installation into my LG fridge--no leaks whatsoever. My OEM filter was NSF 42 and 53 compliant; this filter is NSF 42, meaning that it is not certified to reduce the chemical contaminants listed in Standard 53, but it does reduce chlorine and particulates covered by Standard 42. Just make sure the filter meets your needs based upon your water supply. This is an excellent filter for those not requiring the additional performance of Standard 53.

Terrible flow
Disappointed that these were so slow when dispensing (half the speed of what we were used to). Went through both in less than a month. Ended up ordering a different brand and dispensing flow is now back to normal. Taste is fine, installation was easy, but the slow flow was a deal breaker.

Great Affordable Replacement Filter
I purchased these filters to replace the one in my LG fridge. the LG replacement filters were 50 bucks each so 2 for 12 bucks was a great deal! They were pretty self explanatory and easy to install. No issues with them, water tastes good. I will update review as time goes on and I have more experience with them. Only 4 stars because I just got them and haven't had them long.

Needs flushing first.
When dispensing water after installation, you should flush the water for a couple of minutes for it to clear up. It was quite dirty. But after that back to normal. Make sure your ice maker is turned off before installing.

Great filter!
Just as good or better than the original filter that came with the refrigerator. The water taste is very important to us and this is excellent.
