The band of the headphones are plastic
These headphones have good sound quality. The noise cancellation is good but I was disappointed to find that these are all plastic. The third day of having them I cracked the plastic band when I put them on. They are also a little tight.

Good price. Good customer service. Comfortable.
My first headphone came in and the power and volumes didn't work, which meant i couldn't connect it to bluetooth. They b offered to replace. It came the next day. Sounds is good (I am not super critical of sound quality). Connects easily to my phone. Comfortable on the ears. Pretty good for the price.

Comfortable, sound quality varies depending on your device
EDIT:I decided I wasn't ready to give up on these headphones yet. They're stupidly comfortable and still perfect for the Switch and the problem I was having with Win10 was to just turn down the volume (like by a lot, but they're less annoying that way). The problems I was having with the iPhone was sort of "fixed" by switching to the audio cable instead of Bluetooth. This fixes the problem with the mic being so quiet. Also when it's connected to Bluetooth, (just noticed this today) that there is a white noise/static when the device is awake. But using the audio cable makes the white noise go away.I'm fairly satisfied with this resolution, but still giving it 4 instead of 5 stars, since I don't think using the cable is best in a lot of situations (like when I'm doing the dishes for instance). Also because they're marketed as Bluetooth headphones, and you should be able to connect them through Bluetooth without problems.ORIGINAL REVIEW: (previously at 3 stars)I got these because the reviews said they are comfortable. They are VERRRRY comfortable, even to my glasses-wearing ears--on-ear headphones tend to crush my ears, so yeah.I used these with my iPhone 8+, Win10 desktop (with Battle.net voice chat) and with my Switch. Really loving it with my Switch. Since the Switch doesn't have Bluetooth for some reason, I can use the audio cable and have great sound (I'm not an audiophile, so just as long as it doesn't sound like a tincan, I'm happy).I like that the noise cancelling only blocks out low frequency sounds. I want to block out some sounds, but not everything. I still want to hear the doorbell, etc.On my iPhone 8+, the mic volume is very low. I took a call using them, and the other person couldn't hear me, they only heard a squeak. I didn't hear them say "hello" 2-3 times (even though in-call volume was at max level). When I tested the headphones out with the voice memos app, the volume was very low, you could hear what it was been said, but barely. I took a call with the default earphones that came with the phone and didn't have problems. And tested the voice memos app with another set of Bluetooth headphones and didn't have problems with the low mic volume. I could use them to listen to music, but the output volume, weirdly enough is REALLLY loud and turning it down to the last notch mutes them. And going up a notch above that makes it medium loud (a little bit too high for my tastes, but not destroy your ears loud).I know you can adjust the mic volume in the settings app, but it also adjusts the alert volume which I don't want.(Also I'm not sure if it's just really sensitive, but I've been able to use these headphones with Duolingo. The app understood me when I did the speaking exercises, and output quality was good, just like in the itunes app)On my Win10 desktop, sound from the voice chat was very loud and garbly. Turned down the volume (even though when connected to my phone, it was one notch above from being muted) and things sounded intelligible. It also sounds a little tinny, which doesn't do that on my Switch or phone when playing music. The packaging comes with a little flyer that tells us to go to the company's support site, but the URL leads to a 404 error, so not sure how else to get support. So I'd say they're good if you're just going to use them to listen to music maybe or play video games on the Switch. If you're looking for something to use with an iPhone to use with phone calls, I would look elsewhere.

Do Not Buy
The headphones are ridiculously comfortable. That's about it. The sound quality is TRASH, the noise cancelation isn't that good and God forbid you play any music with bass in it. The headphones sound like tin cans rattling with songs that have the SLIGHTEST amount of bass. The only thing these headphones are good for is listening to smooth jazz WITHOUT ANY BASS.I got a replacement because I thought my first pair was defective, and they somehow sounded EVEN WORSE than the first pair. Luckily, Amazon came through in the clutch with the refund because I was feeling buyer's remorse immediately after opening the box and pairing the headphones with my phone.Do not buy these. You will be disappointed, I'm certain of it. I can't tell if the other reviews were paid reviews or not, but there's no way I got the same headphones these other people received because my two pair sounded absolutely ATROCIOUS. You have been properly warned, do not buy these.

For $16 they are ok
I bought these for $16 on clearance brand new. I have a pair of high end Bose noise cancelling headphones for reference from my job, don't expect that sound quality experience. The anc barely does anything on these. The ear cushions are pretty soft but their cover feels very flimsy out of the box as durability might be a long term issue. Sound is good for me and it easily connected via BT.

Exceptional Product for the price
Charging & Bluetooth linking worked very well. Sound is good. Exceptional comfort. Can't wait to try them on my next flight. Folds down for easy storage in case which was included. Should work very well for my needs.

OK
These are OK for the money. I bought them on Woot. They actually look like they’ve been used although they’re supposed to be new. They are remarkably comfortable. And the sound is just OK.
