This review is about the scent. I don't want anything scented. I don't want to go on a rant here, but dousing everything---including the human body---with perfumes and colognes is a very unfortunate development in western civilization. For some reason, unscented powders are hard to come by. I gave this product a chance because reviewers said it was lightly scented and not unpleasant. I've read that before, and the product turned out to be heavily perfumed. The only thing I use this powder for is for rubber gloves, so I can easily get them on and off. This product actually does have a very light scent that doesn't smell like perfume. It isn't unscented, but for me, it's acceptable. 4 stars. If the manufacturer wants to offer an unscented version of this, I will give 5 stars.

This Gold Bond Comfort Body Powder is the best, hands down! I've been using it for many years, and even though it's gone through a few packaging changes, the product itself stays the same high quality. I have sensitive skin, so I use it every day, even more often in hot/humid weather, and it always keeps me comfortable and dry. Since it's talc-free, I feel totally safe using it. It's a great value for the price, as it lasts for a long time, and stores well (I tend to buy a new one as soon as the last one runs out, even if I have another in the closet, just to always have it on hand). If I could give it 6 stars, I would!

Nice fresh and clean scented powder. This does not smell like baby powder and is not medicated and has no menthol which is hard to find. Great everyday refreshing powder.

This is the only stuff that keeps my husband from chafing on his thighs and "everywhere else" during the day. It definitely works and keeps him comfortable, but I have to say, it’s getting pretty expensive for a bottle of powder. Sadly, this powder completely fails on what it promises on the bottle: "Absorbs Odor & Protects Against Wetness", "Helps Keep the Body Dry". No, it doesn't I can accept the grittiness of Cornstarch (over talc) but I cannot accept that the formulation Goldbond is marketing doesn't absorb wetness nor keep the skin dry AT ALL I tried this powder on a cool day at home and it didn't work. I applied it hourly over 3 hours. Still didn't work. I was uncomfortably sweaty. If it does not work while at home, I can't imagine it working outdoors or after some physical activity Had to throw this away as I don't think it would be good to give this anyone else

What a fantastic product, I am now sold on using body powder instead of those nasty deodorant sprays. The Gold Bond Ultimate Comfort Body Powder leaves my skin feeling soft and smooth and it has the most amazing scent which is not too overpowering. I will definitely buy these on a regular basis and am keen to try other varieties. Best of all, this powder is TALC FREE, meaning it is safer to use without any nasties that come with TALC.
