Awesome for daily use for light/mild incontinence.
I do not use these for monthly menstruation, I use these daily for mild incontinence- I am a 48yo woman that is working on menopause- I wear a size 18 pant (size 8 underwear) and these fit nicely inside my bikini style underwear, but are a bit snug in my briefs so I bought some wider overnight type as I wear the briefs(think granny panties) overnight anyway. These do have 3 layers of microfiber inside. I did cut one open to check. :D I also sewed it back up and use it in my rotation. These do not twist or move much at all during the day and I can trust them to keep me dry until I can get to a restroom if I sneeze and *OOPS!* or laugh and *OOPS!* or ... you get the picture right?I do not carry the wet bag they sent- I carry a fresh/clean pad in a quart size ziplock bag as well as some baby wipes in another quart sized ziplok bag in a cute little zippered bag that fits nicely into my purse. When I need to change the pad I simply take the fresh/clean pad out of the ziplock and put the used pad inside the bag and seal it up then back into the zippered baggie and my purse. I wash it when I get home. I do not rise the pad out in the public bath room.
