2 disc are excellent.

Not a huge fan of Country Western (CW), but I have this on "loud" as background music in the house, and it's surprisingly good and I realy cant believe I am actually saying that. It has all the usual rocking songs on as well as the ones that are not so, and doesn't have any that I skip over.I did have this on copy CD's which no longer work, and as I liked it so much I bought it.Not my first choice in the car or on headphones via MP3 player, but still highly recommended, and if you are a CW fan an absolute must .

This album has tracks that you would not particularly identify as country music but all the tracks fit together so well. It really is a great album and every song is a classic. I just could listen to this over and over again. It's great music for the car and people must think I'm mad ,singing along to the songs as I drive. I hardly ever do reviews but feel this a special album. Can't recommend it high enough. Great buy.

Great selection with minor overlap with Virgins other "best country album" which is a problem with a lot of Virgin compilations. Still fine for a party which is probably what these are intended for. Of course this material is all from pre-1994 so misses the last 20 years which may be a good thing for some who enjoy country music!

We lost our original copy of this album. Brilliant selection of country songs and they brought back at lot of good memories :)

Received the cd very promptly and enjoyed listening to it. Used to have this on tape many moons ago and could not find it in the shops, but once again Amazon and in particular Elite Digital have come up trumps. This album seems to contain the more well known mainstream tracks and is quite easy listening.

Brought this for my Aunty, she loves it!
