Pegboard Hooks Assortment with Pegboard Bins, Peg Locks, for Organizing Tools, 80 Piece

The metal peg hooks are standard and worked just fine, but the little plastic bins are junk. We put them up, and immediately took them down and just tossed them in the trash. No point in trying to put anything in them, the little plastic hooks were so flimsy they about broke off just putting them into the board holes.

We had purchased a metal pegboard for my son's Nerf guns, so I bought this set so he could hang his guns and bullets. I specifically bought this set because the for plastic bins were included, which were perfect for holding his Nerf bullets.The peg hangers are sturdy and fit perfectly. The plastic bins are a bit flimsy, but not terribly.All in all, very happy with this purchase.

This is a great set for the money. I chose this set and another set from a different company for the variety and options for the price. This set beat out sets from other companies because of the little bins that are included, I thought they'd be great for smaller parts that I use often in my shop. The little bins and the fact that there are only a few pieces that are covered on the tips are the reason I'm only giving four stars. I haven't tried to attach the flimsy little bins yet because 1.) I don't want to break off the pitiful little plastic things that are attached that allow you to attach it to the pegboard and 2.) In case they actually work and lock I don't want them permanently on my current pegboard. I knew not all the pieces were covered on the ends but they should be - it's no fun to reach toward the board to grab something and poke yourself in the face with the uncovered metal end of a hanger.The peg locks and hangers are great and actually fit into the holes in my pegboard and keep the hangers securely in place, unlike the other set I bought from another company which are too large. There aren't any directions on how to use the peg locks as a one star review stated but that's probably because it's common sense and not rocket science. This set didn't deserve a one star rating based on someone else's ignorance and incompetence. Just don't buy this set because you get the four little bins or you'll be disappointed.

The metal hooks are exceptional. The plastic bin" hooks" are thin, weak and should be thicker, over time they will bend and break off.But my main gripe is with the black plastic "peg locks", they do not work at all; worthless. Yes you can bend them to kind of hook securely to the pegboard but the bottom line they do not work. The better design "peg locks" are the ones that have a 90º arm coming out of one side. So I had to buy a $6 25-pack of peg locks that really work.Last the wrench pegs do not have a peg-lock; no one makes them, but of all the pegs, the wrench pegs are the ones that need "peg locks" the most.

Fit was very loose on the pegboard. Tools don't fit quite right. Can't recommend.

So I decided after years of totes, bins and clutter that I needed a pegboard to organize my chaos of crafts tools and extras. I decided to try these bins out and Wow! They arrived super quick, thanks to my prime.. and the actual locks and tools and bins were simple to put together. They are pretty sturdy, I haven't used anything with serious weight so it works out for me perfectly. I'd say for the price and the purpose they're pretty awesome!

The bins are too small and cheaply made out if flimsy plastic. I don't think it will stay on the peg board if you try to put anything in it. The other stuff that came with the package are useful but you have to straighten a lot of them. A lot of the hooks are bent but that's an easy fix. Over all, these item are made of cheap materials but most of them can actually be used. Like they say "you get what you pay for".

The peg locks I received are not steel like shown in the description, they are flimsy plastic and won't stay in the holes at all. As soon as you touch the hook it's supposed to be holding, the lock falls out onto the floor. They are completely useless garbage. Also, while a few of the protective rubber/plastic caps are provided, there are not nearly enough to cover all of the hooks, so you'll have to choose which ones you'd like to get poked by (most of them).
