I Love You, Grandma: A Tale of Encouragement and Love between a Grandmother and her Child, Picture Book

I recently gave this to my mother since I am pregnant. My grandma looked at it and was surprised that the text was big and said that it is great for those that are older and may have a hard time seeing the words. This is something I personally didn't think of but realized afterwards that she's right!Its short, sweet and sentimental and I truly love that even though its a short book that its hard cover.

I got this book to read to my grandma who is in the final stages of her life and battling dementia. I remember when I was little, her reading to me and it calming me down.She loves this book and when I read “I love you, Grandma”, she always without hesitation says I love you back. It’s bittersweet for me and I tear up every time I read it to her, but she loves for me to read it.

So my nana used to read to me every night when I was young. I they’re some of my favorite memories and her and I like to reminisce about it sometimes. Flash ahead 25 years and I need a birthday gift for dear old nana! So I decided to see if I could find her a cute book on Amazon and when I came across this I knew immediately she’d love it.Sent her a copy of it and she literally could not stop crying, but when she did we read it together, cried a little and it’s now right in my mind beside our stories when I was a kid. Nana now keeps the book on her shelf and reads it whenever she’s feeling a little lonely or sad to feel better. She absolutely adored it and so did I. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great gift for the Nana in their life :)

I paid for a new book and it looks like I got a used one the edges are all worn look like they've been chewed on the book is still fine and readable but it just looks like a very used book and not what I paid for

PERFECT! I ordered (3) to go in the surprise pregnancy announcements for our parents. All three in perfect condition. I'll update this review with a photo once I put the announcement together.
