You get what you pay for
Received used, scratched, and broken. Do yourself a favor and purchase a more expensive option. This lab stand (if you can call it that) it cheap junk and they don't care what condition they send it in.

worked great!
the stand is shorter than I thought but it ended up working great!

It's not 24", it's 12" tall
It's a bit cheap and flimsy, but that's what I expected for the price and that's OK, however, 12" is not 24".
