It just doesn’t work very well as a tea strainer. That being said I have no idea what it would work well as. It is made of silicone which I did know before buying but I didn’t really think about the difficulty of putting it together until it arrived. Stuffing loose tea and trying to shut it was fiddly and half the leaves ended up in the brew anyway. It doesn’t sit low enough in any of my mugs and it fell in mid brew and splashed me. I was highly unamused... it is cute though but it’s already been demoted to the back of the cupboard

Bought as a present for someone as it is a great cute gift for tea lovers. It arrived super quick, however, the finish quality of product is quite lacking and somewhat different to the photos. As you can see from the pictures, significant excess flashing. Good buy, but expected a better quality product for almost £10.

I bought this as a gift so cannot comment on how good it is as a diffuser but I LOVE the platypus design it is so cute and original. Sits on the edge of the mug perfectly! Will be buying another for myself!

I can’t give this more than 1 star as it arrived with a tear in the silicone. So now I need to returns it for a refund and go through the process or ordering another.Not ideal during a pandemic as it’s asking the person I sent it to to leave the house in order to send it back.

This is such a cute item. I had seen a similar one on a Vlog and just had to get one. It is easy to use and clean. I am very pleased.
