Great Lactation Boost
It’s tough to find lactation treats that are gluten free and don’t have fenugreek (I was advised against it) but these fit the bill. I love this brand! The caramel flavor is great: not as good as the chocolate quinoa but much better than the chocolate chip. The only drawback to these cookies is that they’re really expensive, but the price is consistent with other lactation boosting products I’ve seen and tried. I believe they helped with my milk supply so that’s worth it (I had an oversupply, but my baby’s a preemie so it’s hard to tell). They helped make my middle of the night pumping sessions much more bearable.

6 months pregnant and obsessed with these cookies!
I must admit I was very skeptical at first! Mainly because I’m 6 months pregnant and I don't want to consume anything that could potentially harm my baby girl. After doing my research and begging my husband to try one first lol (they’re safe for dads to consume being as though they’re all natural) I was very pleased with our purchase. The cookies are a little on the crunchier side, they’re not super sweet but the vanilla makes up in flavor and the chocolate chips aren’t overpowering. Overall they’re really good! No funny after taste just a god snack. We are adamant about being able to breast feed once our baby girl arrives so we figured it wouldn’t hurt to enjoy a healthy snack that could potentially help my supply. Although Booby Boon claims the products only helps moms who are already lactating, they are still very enjoyable. I say buy a batch! Next month I’ll order the cranberry cookies 😋

Issues with freshness, but the company replaced them.
Update: The company contacted me after leaving this review and sent me 3 bags replacing the bad ones I received. Of the replacements 2 of the 3 bags were good and I trashed the third because of the same issue. (Cookies were soft and tasted funny). Their customer service department is wonderful and tracked the issue down to a shipping warehouse to help alleviate this issue for future orders. I will purchase from them again. I’ve ordered these multiple times from other sellers and they are crunchy and taste delicious. I just bit into several cookies from this order (I ordered 3 bags) and all are soft and taste horrible. The bags appear to be well sealed and don’t appear to have any holes in them, so I don’t know how they went bad. However, they definitely are a horrible batch which is a Shame bc these are delicious and really did help increase my milk supply!

Tasty
These are tasty, but unfortunately I did not see any difference in my supply. I will say they are a bit dry, like crumbly almost. But I did think they tasted very good, just didn’t actually give me any more milk.

yummy chocolate Chip Lactation Cookies!! they are just a little pricey.
After my baby’s birth, I highly recommend using this Breastfeeding Support Supplement as I did not receive enough breastfeeding.

DECREASED MY MILK SUPPLY!!!!
I do not recommend these!!!!! They actually stunted my milk supply. I’m normally able to pump about 12-14oz in the morning before I go to work, upon eating these like directed, it pretty much cut my milk supply in half and I was only pumping about 8-9 oz in the morning. I stopped eating these cookies and within 2 days my milk supply went back to normal. I only purchased these due to me returning to work and wanting to increase my milk supply during the day while I’m strictly pumping at work and during my pump breaks at work, I was also only pumping half of what I normally produced. My baby is strictly breast milk and I had to go to the store to buy some formula until my milk supply increased back to normal. My baby is 3 months old.

MIRACLE!
Ok Real Talk. I had been having issues with my milk production (I exclusively pump) and could barely keep up with my daughters eating habits (5 oz every 2.5-3 hours). I'd sit and pump each breast for 20 minutes and barely come up with 3 oz total which was STRESSING ME OUT. So, I bought lactation tea. I started drinking body armor too (I've heard other women swear by it). I ordered lactation supplements. I started pumping more often. NOTHING seemed to help! I was feeling hopeless. But LET ME TELL YOU!! These cookies are WORTH THE PRICE. I eat 1 about 2 hours prior to pumping and now I'm getting 3oz just from one breast in 15 minutes!! These cookies have been my MIRACLE. Some of the reviews say they taste bad but I really don't mind them. In my personal opinion, the coco quinoa are the best flavor but the oatmeal raisin and chocolate chip aren't bad either!

These are meant as a helping hand not a miracle
Hi lactation consultant here also a breastfeeding mother. These have a great taste and I appreciate that they are fenugreek free as it is shown to dry up milk and cause tummy issues in wee babes. The "stale" taste is from all the oats and stuff I have yet to have a non crunchy lactation cookie. These are really good tasting and they have already helpped and this baby isn't even due for 2 more weeks. However you cannot just eat a cookie and expect immediate results. You also need proper hydration and nutrition. These are meant to be a small extra hand and they do work wonderfully for us. No complaints here at all! Will definitely be a repeat buyer.
