Defective tap and supplier did not respond to requests for refund / return
The media could not be loaded. Tap looked perfect on arrival, but once we I stalled it we realised it was defective. It has a little hole which causes water to leak out each time we turn on the filter tap. Really disappointed as it looked so nice. Also have no heard back from supplier on trying to get a replacement or a refund, would not recommend buying from this supplier.
