Simply Goodfats Creamy Mct Vanilla Coconut Swirl, 16 Fluid Ounce

Arrived on time (overnight) in good condition. Used one tablespoon on my high fiber cereal this AM, along with milk and brown sugar. Made it both smell and taste good, kind of like Coconut milk, which is much better than the "wet cardboard" cereal. I am taking this for the reported long term health benefits (brain defense, weight loss), not an energy booster. Nevertheless I maybe felt some mid-morning energy boost, but it was subtle, nothing like caffeine. Going slowly and carefully to avoid reported digestive side effects. Plan to use one tablespoon every morning with my cereal for the next few weeks and update this review.

I love this Vanilla Coconut emulsified MCT oil! I add it to my black tea every morning. Not only does it add a nice, smooth, creamy texture (great alternative to dairy or nut-based creamers), but it curbs any craving I might have all morning! It's an easy way to get all the good health benefits of MCT oil.

This is my third bottle. First two were great. Creamy, tasty, smooth. This last bottle is nasty. No taste. Very oily. Not mixing well with coffee. Looks and feels like oil slick in my drink. Even looks different coming out of bottle.

I was excited to try this as a coffee creamy. It ruined a perfect cup of coffee. It has a soapy coconut favor, no vanilla taste and a bad after taste. I only used 1tbsp as recommended, I can’t imagine working up to 3tbsp. I will give it a try in my smoothie tomorrow, maybe I can disguise the odd soapy taste with berries. I will go back to my regular MCT oil. Beware it is not refundable through Amazon. Shame on me, I didn’t read the comments, I saw the word Prime and assumed it was risk free. I recommend Kiss my Keto powdered birthday cake creamer. Great taste!!!

This is a great product with a very good taste. I was sadden to learn the price has increased nearly 25% with the new owners of Simply Good Fats; NIOMI. Natural Force makes a very good product which is less expensive. It was good while it lasted.

Was super excited that Vanilla and Coconut were together, While there is a creaminess, there is no real flavor to it. Honestly for the price I'd rather by the plain MCT oil and add Organic Whipping Cream and Ghee.

I can't get over how good this tastes and smells. I've used regular MCT oil in my coffee, but I like my coffee creamy, almost milky and regular oil doesn't give me the texture I like. This creamy MCT makes it rich and creamy without feeling heavy. And the vanilla coconut flavor is incredible! It has a natural sweetness without having any sugar. Can't wait to try it in my smoothies and tea.

Excellent product! Love the taste! I add it to my morning coffee along with a drop of essential oil and it tastes terrific! An added bonus is no need to add sugar! I will definitely purchase this again!
