20 Ziva Paperwhites- Indoor Narcissus: Narcissus Tazetta: Nice, Healthy Bulbs for Holiday Forcing!!

Packaging and shipping were great!!Bulbs were full and healthy , dry with no mold or rotting, and very firm.I tried the description method of planting but also did loose soil.both methods had a half and half sucess rate with rooting. Some rooted and others don't look so good...The green shoots started a few days after roots took but they have been stuck at a varied 1 to 2 inch for 12 bulbs for a whole month now!Figured out they like sun for almost full day exposure which got them showing more green but they are at a standstill.No blooms.What do I do?3 stars for my experience, will update to five once I become a Disney princess or something and enchant these suckers into blooming.Not even Amaryllis are this hard, what did I do wrong? Help!

After reading the previous reviews I have to agree with all of the other buyers that rated these bulbs ⭐️⭐️ or lower. With many years of enjoying paper whites behind me I’ve come to realize that it’s a crapshoots when it comes to success. There were no reviews when I purchased these bulbs, bought them for the price. I cannot blame the seller. The bulbs arrived in great shape. They were huge, wrapped properly ,couldn’t be better. I was very optimistic. BUT I to experienced very leggy growth a lot of green but very few flowers. The flowers themselves were not fragrant at all. Approximately six bulbs were totally unsuccessful. Please note that I follow the same process every year. It was a very disappointing season for sure. Again I am rating the BULBS not the SELLER! Having said all that I will spin the paperwhite success wheel again next year because this has been a seasonal tradition in my home for 30+ years. Wishing better luck and success in 2021 to all those who had a disappointing experience.

These bulbs were large and sprouting when they arrived. After 7 days in a cool closet in pebbles and water, 100% rooted and were ready to plant. Once potted in soil, they are growing fast and should be blooming in a couple of weeks. I ordered two bags and both bags were great. Most of the bulbs have multiple stalks. One had seven stalks sprout out of one bulb! I’m excited to see these in full bloom. My third bag arrived yesterday and those bulbs were not as large and ready to sprout as where in the first two bags. Probably low stock due to Christmas. They may do fine but time will tell.

These bulbs were very unsuccessful. I have planted paperwhites for many years and have always had success. These bulbs only sprouted about 3" and still have not come close to blooming. Going back to local nursery from now on.

These bulbs were huge! They started blooming quickly. Only complaint is that they were shipped in an Amazon envelope without much padding causing the bulbs to flake quite a bit. Most bulbs were almost naked - slightly less pretty for forcing in glass vases, but they still look nice. I'll remember these and buy them again next year - much better than the ones I bought last year! No mold either!

Been forcing paperwhites for 30 years, never had this happen before. Lots of green,2 bulbs out of twenty had 1bloom each. 2 others got blooms,1 each but turned brown and never opened. Don't know what's wrong with these bulbs, HUGH WASTE OF MONEY!

I have forced Paperwhites many times and was looking forward to giving these as gifts. Only one bloomed and it was very scraggly. I was very disappointed. They seemed like healthy bulbs, but they did not bloom, just grew leaves.

Really disappointing. I started these bulbs before Thanksgiving and it’s now Jan 14. Six or seven bulbs didn’t grow at all. Only three blossoms out of the whole bunch. Definitely won’t be ordering again from this seller.
