Uniden Japan AS-7411 caller id speakerphone With Big LCD

I wasn't sure about this as it is my first Uniden product. But I was pleasantly surprised. It is beautifully finished with very high quality plastic and immaculate workmanship. There is plenty of features here and I find myself using it more and more instead of my mobile when I am at home. The audio on the headset is very loud at even the lowest of the four volume settings. And very very clear. So is the speakerphone. Absolutely amazing. Whenever you dial a number, you hear the same beep tone but internally it must be using the correct DTMF since the calls go through correctly. It has a dedicated external 3.5 mm headphone socket and it works great with just the push of a button. There is also a much needed "Mute" button which silences the outgoing sound and replaces it with pleasant music. There is a printed manual that came with the phone but I found that the manual easily available online was more correct as some of the features and commands in the printed manual are different than the online PDF. You can store 8 frequently dialed numbers which is very convenient if you have small kids or elderly. They just need to remember which button to press and it will dial the correct number. This phone works just fine without any external power or batteries but it does have slot for two AA batteries at the bottom. I guess its to protect your data, clock and the programmed memories in case you disconnect the main line. The red LED is also pretty bright and is easily noticed if you have switched the ringer off. The small caveat is that the listing mentions this as a Japan product while the product I receive is clearly printed as made in PRC.

Basic phone but high quality product. Lcd is big and can be tilted. Not cheap like other devices from Motorola etc. Recommended.

All OK.. Looks wise... Quality of plastic used... Button ergonomically designed. Speaker should have more powerful... And Handset to be little lighter by weight.

This is the worst product I ever found on Amazon. Too many issues 1. Disturbance during the calls, seems issue with receiver cable 2. Mic is not sensitive enough to catch clear and loud voice 3. Ringing bell is too low to hear in next room. 4. Settings not stored permanently. 5. There many buttons on phone for contacts, none of them working. 6. No additional functions enabled when batteries used. 7. Date set many times, always get reset, don't know when and why. Due to all these issues, I will give 0 stars to this phone. Please do not buy. Try looking for some other working product, I wasted my money.

Easy to install and use. Product quality is satisfactory and working well.

Good product and I recommend this phone for a beautiful reception of calls from BSNL Landline

Using for almost a month. No issues. Sound quality is good. Sturdy. Nice display. you can even use 3.5mm jack for hands free. Cons: in the middle of the call, if you want to on speaker, it doesn't work.
