This is my second bag, which I ordered because the pecans in the first bag were so fresh, crunchy, and flavorful. A wonderful product.

They were OK and edible, but not as good as some. I suspect that they are from last years crop similar to ones bought in regular grocery stores.

I've updated my review. These are the absolutely the best pecans I've bought in the past 5 years. They are only second to super expensive pecans a supplier in Mobile, AL gave me for Christmas before I retired. Even better than the much higher priced pecans from Nut.com. The first couple bags purchased had an extremely few number with bitter shell particles and got a 4 star review. Every bag purchased in the past 12 months have been excellent. These are the only pecan containing products I've been able to purchase from Amazon that has never arrived without rancid taste due to poor storage climate control. Prior 4 star review: These are the best pecans I've gotten during the holiday season. They were the freshest with the fewest broken nut halves and crumbles. The only thing preventing a 5 star review was a few, very small number, have bitter shell liner pieces in the creases.

I love baking and I use pecans every chance I get. The problem I had was that the pecans we’d buy from our local stores were not fresh and I hated the way they tasted. I started checking online and found this product from Georgia. These pecans are wonderful and really worth the wait. We keep them in the freezer until I’m ready to cook with them and they are the best I’ve had in years!

These are good pecans. I had a very large bag of them that lasted a very long time in left in a air tight container. They remained very good tasting well beyond the expiration date. I like the slight sweetness these pecans have that I have not noticed in many brands.

There was a small hole in the bag, and when I opened it, the nuts were all dark and covered with light flaky stuff that lets you know bugs/worms have been there. So the bag goes in the garbage. I usually buy this brand because up until today they have had the best nuts. Very disappointing.
