Range of colours is amazing. Lots of them are unique. The tip of the pens is the perfect size for writing. I love all of the Triplus range but these are the ones that you want if you’re going to be writing/drawing smaller details.

Easy to use

I'm brand-addicted to Staedtler as they always produce high-quality products that just work. My daughter has some difficulty in holding pens and pencils correctly (the tripod grip), these triangular shaped pens make it so much easier for her the hold correctly.Whilst described as broadliner, the ink is 0.8 mm wide, so not suitable for rendering, although the tip works particularly well for titles on A3 design sheets. The ink quality is great, it dries quickly and doesn't smudge. For younger children there's the added bonus that the ink is washable out of most textiles, although I have not needed to test this claim (yet!).I've also been using these with A level design students for annotating design ideas and developed ideas. The different colours are great for making it easy to see where the annotation relates to manufacturing detail, materials, client feedback and detailed explanation of subsystem sketches.I like that the storage box can be used as a stand and it makes it easy at the end of a session to check that all the pens have been put back in the container. And whilst I wouldn't encourage it, these pens won't dry up for several days if the lid should be left off ... not going to happen though!

I really like Staedtler's pen range, they are usually reasonably priced, nice to write with and come in a good range of colours and line widths.This review is for a pack of twenty Triplus Broadliner Felt Tip Pens which come neatly packed in a stand up box. The lid of the box flips over backwards and doubles as a stand.The twenty pens are all different and come in various shades from yellow, red, pinks, blues, greens, oranges, greys and black.In use these pens write very smoothly and are comfortable to hold thanks to their ergonomic triangular shaped barrel. They produce a thick writing line (0.8mm) and the ink is quick drying and does not smudge, the ink is water based so should wash out easily from clothes and fabrics if needed. Twenty pens for around £19 (price at the time of this review) is a reasonable price.

I like to help beat everyday stress by colouring in pictures in those intricate adult colouring books you can buy. Although I use traditional coloured pencils or broad felt-tips for larger areas, these pens are absolute ideal for the tiny, fiddly bits that a broader point or nib would spoil. You need a steady hand, but these pens dispense colour evenly and the ink dries quickly so you don't smudge your work.They have the added bonus of not drying if you accidentally leave the top off, which means you can leave them uncapped as you work and put all the tops back on again when you've finished a session.They would also, of course, be idea for schoolkids!!

I am a lover of pens ,I can never have enough. This is a set of 20 colours right through the colour spectrum. This set is going to my granddaughter , the reason why is she loves drawing but she drives me mad because she leaves caps off ; this to me as a person who likes their pens kept in pristine condition is very annoying. These pens can be left uncapped for days without drying up. I am sure this will be a great buying point to parents who would rather pay a little more for pens that last than cheap ones that don't. Great quality , great colours and a case that clips firmly closed.

Staedtler Triplus pens are a brand I have bought for years.I buy them for myself and for my grandchildren.They last for ages. The colours are good and strong.A pack of twenty gives enough colour choices to have a good time drawing, writing or colouring.this pack is of broadliners pens so you have a thicker nib. Good for colouring in larger areas, also good for writing and drawing deigns.

What I liked about the liners were the hard case they come in. It keeps them in a secure container and organised. It's a good range of colours and they write really nicely too. They are useful for home,work or school or adult colouring, especially on some of those fiddly tiny bits. They are expensive but you can tell they are quality.
