Great quality - organic black maca!
This product is great quality - I tried a few other ones and this is the best bang for the buck. It's from Peru, certified organic and gelatinized i.e. it's easy on my stomach. I use it for its adaptogenic properties - it gives me strength and helps me deal with daily stress at work, also it's good to take it before the gym. I stir about two teaspoons (rounded) into a glass of water and drink as is. The powder tends to clump; the taste may seem a little unusual at first but I kind of grew to liking it. If it's your first time, I'd recommend trying no more than one teaspoon, you should start to notice the effects in about 40 minutes to an hour. You can mix it into your smoothie, sports drink, add it to your coffee, or take it on its own. Personally, I try to avoid taking it late in the day - the best time for me to take it is in the morning, or after lunch. All in all, one of the best adaptogens out there and my daily staple.
