Great book on a great architect

Brand new and wrapped up, cheaper than stores. Great

As an admirer of modernist architecture this is a great book to dip into, especially if like me you are not an architect or a surveyor. It covers the key works of Jean Prouve in a way which gets the balance right between providing sufficient detail of the background to the building or piece of furniture and combines this with inspirational colour photography which captures the essence of the building or object. Each building or piece of simple, utilitarian furniture gets no more than 2 to 3 pages. If you want to know more about the personality or history of Prouve this book isn't for you but if you just want a straightforward resume of the landmark buildings and objects which Prouve designed and implemented then this little book is amazing value for money, well written and thoughtfully put together.
