Don't wait! Having a good backup camera for a large RV is a life saver, especially if you ever have to drive alone. This is one of those RV add-ons we figured wasn't that important and that we'd get to eventually, but when I was redoing a cabinet and found the wire to the old, dead camera I figured now was the time. Now that we have it we're kicking ourselves for waiting so long to get one.Installation wasn't bad, though the cable has a fairly big connector requiring a larger hole than I wanted. Install (cable threading and pulling) is easier with two people, but I (53F) did most of it alone. It took about half a day in the end. Still, I'd do it again in a heartbeat. The added safety is worth it!

Easy to install. Picture is clear. Night vision works great. Only issue is the cable sometimes is too long and have to wrap under frame. Maybe add option to have length of cable needed for your application. Have purchased cable from them separately but now have 60 feet of cable not needed.

The kit is complete and easy to install considering you are aware that this is a wired system that requires running the cable from the rear mounted camera under the vehicle and then to the monitor. The monitor and or the camera seems to give a slightly fuzzy picture, however, I have not yet tried to adjust the picture quality. Instructions require some intuition to figure out the set up of the monitor and should be re-written to make the clearer.

Very well made camera and monitor. So far working great, will see when I start driving my RV on the road again. The night vision is so much better than the stock camera and monitor I have on my 2005 Newmar Kountty Star motorhome.

OK system but plan on replacing the camera soon after installation my camera had water in the camera after two years and they only give you a one-year warranty

We installed this on a shuttle bus at our senior center about 2 weeks ago. We opted for pro installation, which took about 3 hours. It performs quite well. We argued over where to place it and finally installed it on the center dash slightly below the air outlets, aligning it vertically below the rear view mirror. That turned out to work well.Day and night picture quality is outstanding, though we are in Alaska and we don't get much dark this time of year. In the garage, night vision looked very good as well, but the range was limited by walls. I would buy another if I needed a second unit.

The camera got water after about a year and 2 months , ( they only give warranty for 1 year ) but is supposed to be waterproof , you can see the pictures , I called the company , but they didn’t wanted to replace it , they want me buy another one , I wouldn’t waste my money on this camera , since is not cheap , it you could give 0 start I would give it , and the Installacion on my truck was not easy , Keep away from it, VERY MICKY MOUSE

We're using this product as a way to see behind a smaller-duty dump truck with limited visibility. We chose RVS because the camera looked about as sturdy as they get and the system seemed straightforward to install. Thankfully, everything lived up to how it was described and we're very happy with how well it is working. We wired it up to be "always on" (vs tied to the reverse trigger) and it's been great!
