I feel it works good

ProHealth Longevity’s 1000mg TMG Supplement is excellent! The high-potency trimethylglycine supports methylation and heart health, and I’ve felt a boost in energy and mental clarity since starting it. The capsules are easy to take, and the quality is top-notch, backed by third-party testing. Highly recommend for overall wellness and longevity!

These are big, and they have rough edges. I take one per day with water, and often I must chase it with more water to get it all the way down. Throughout the struggle it grates on my throat. It's unpleasant, and I suspect it isn't good for my throat. It's a shame, because these are a great price, I think they're third-party tested, and it's so easy to buy them on Amazon. I will have to stop taking them as-is, though. If I find something that has the same benefits and is easier to swallow—500mg tablets, maybe—I will switch. Edit: Since writing this review, I started chewing the tablets. Be warned, doing that can taste terrible, but it's fine if you have water in your mouth while you chew. Because of that, I increased my review from 2 to 4 stars.

I’ve tried a lot of supplements. I try them for a week, and if they don’t help I stop them. 98 percent have done nothing for me. However, this one makes a difference- in a good way. At 50, I’ve been searching to discover why I just don’t have the energy I used to and how to get it back. Methylation is trending now, so I dug up DNA and ran a report. Low and behold, I found I had problematic “mutations”, especially in the area of TMG (betaine). Sleeping better was the biggest game changer for me. Dreams are pleasant and restful. So, if you fit my profile, get a full dna sequence, run a methylation report, and take this if you need it. It will be a game changer if your like me.

I dislike how large it is. Competitors like Do Not Age have capsules. However I have seen a difference with my energy levels. I like it made with GMP.

I take a lot of supplements. These are BY FAR the biggest pills I have ever encountered. I choke on them each time I try to take them so this was a big waste of money. I don't understand why they can't make smaller pills so people can take 2 of these to get the equivalent of one large pill.

I'm honestly not sure if this supplement is doing what it's supposed to but time will tell. The bad part is they crumble very easily. I'm really surprised at how bad it falls apart. I think it would be better if it was in a capsule. The good part is it literally tastes like a mild candy! While it does make it difficult to swallow being in powder form at least it's not bitter. I'll probably try another brand to see if they travel better before going back to these

My husband loves this stuff. He always says how much he feels better after taking it.
