Update: it’s heavier than I thought so I haven’t really used it much. Maybe not the best choice for people who would prefer a light backpack.Beautiful packaging. Product appearance same as on listing page. Solar cells are sensitive to light - it even charges under my table lamp! There is not only a cable (to charge it like an usual power bank), but also a metal ring as accessories. Finally the inlet/outlets are capped so that dirt won’t enter easily. In summary, great product. May stock up more if it’s ever on sale ;)

I purchased this to add to my outdoor emergency kit primarily because it was advertised as a portable solar charger. By far, this is not an in-depth test/review but more of a general usage test, and after almost a month, here is what I found:Pros:1. Charges quick when connected to USB power supply.2. Holds enough power to fully charge 4, maybe 5 phones from empty to full (mix of apple and Android)3. Flashlight is a good addition and is just enough light to see about 25 feet around you.Cons:1. NOT a Solar charger.Just forget it - took 5 hours to get 1 bar of charge on a bright and sunny day with direct sunlight. So pretty much useless outdoors if it is not charged already.2. Definitely does not hold enough charge as advertised - "9.8 charges of iPhone7" ?? - please..So, as long as you have charged it BEFORE you take your trip, you can use it as a backup power bank for 3-4 days outdoors. If you expect to use it as a solar charge - good luck.The only reason I am not returning it is because my wife cleaned up and trashed the box it came in. Look elsewhere for a decent solar charger.

This solar charger is very practical. It can be used as a flashlight when placed in the sun.

Not much I don't like about this product so far. It's a bit bigger and bulkier than I was hoping, but for what I'm getting, it's worth it. And I expect that I won't lose or misplace it. ;) Highly recommended. Fast delivery. Update. After a week of use, I'm really enjoying that my iPhone charges quickly, and that there's tons of charge in this thing. Extremely happy with the product and the purchase!

The solar charging is very cool. It’s solid and well made and a nice finish. It has a huge capacity so it takes little time to charge. I have been able to charge 2 tablets and my phone from almost dead to a full charger still have more juice left to charge something else . Charge the battery pack overnight and its has a full charge for the day :) it’s great for camping, fishing outdoors ect. The solar panel is nice, it just doesn’t charge as fast. In my house on this cloudy day it even started charging about 5 feet from the window with weak sunlight.

I ordered this after two power outages hit us in two days. A big winter storm with loads of ice were predicted when it arrived. I put this in a window sill on south side of the house. Charges every day. Available power for cell phones, pads and emergency light. Wife loves it for size and ability to grab and go. Works like a champ! Can’t go wrong.

We actually own several, bought more after we received the first one. They are durable and charge very well. Came in super handy when our power was out for a week!

The size and the mAh was very important when you are limited to a small pack for a week in the wilderness. The flash light was a added bonus.
