BELLA (14752) 2.6 Quart Air Fryer with Removable Dishwasher Safe Basket, Stainless Steel

First, let me say I am a senior, and live alone. I kept hearing about "air fryers".They were way too expensive for me, and most were huge for my needs. At Christmas, my oldestson gave me an Amazon gift card. I was curious and looked into air fryers.When I saw this one, I couldn't believe it!!! Not only wa it small enough for my needs, butit was red, and so cute. Also, it cost $54.99.After reading most of the reviews, I ordered it.I got it within a couple days! When I took it out of the packaging, it fit perfectlyon my limited counter space. Many had stated an odor coming from it when cooking... Idid NOT NOTICE ANY ODOR, OTHER THAN THE FOOD COOKING. Also I double checked the twoscrews people had commented on, they were tight and everything fit together nicely.I hand washed the basket and drawer.The first thing I tried was an Egg Roll... it turned out so good!!! Then, I made frozenfrench fries in it... Wow! Delicious and crispy! Very little time! Then, I just had togo to the store, and buy a big bag of frozen, breaded mushrooms... NOT THE BAKING TYPE LOL.I love them, but always had to heat oil and fry, which left not only a mess, but having to getrid of old oil. THIS LITTLE AIR FRYER MADE THE MUSHROOMS JUST AS WELL AS FRYING THEM!They were so good! So addicting lol.I found no defects, no odors, and the little cook-book/user guide that came with itwas easy to understand. The knobs are easy to read and use. The fryer seems well made.I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LITTLE FRYER, ESPECIALLY IF YOU LIVE ALONE, AND LOVE FRIED FOODSBUT HATE THE OIL. Now, if I can only make myself stop using it every day lol. I plan on makingsome baked goods like bread pudding in it soon.

So far so good. I’ve had this thing about a week now and I’m really liking it. I read the reviews about the problems with the shut off detents. My experience so far is that this mechanism works fine. This machine is very simple, two knobs. One for heat, one for time. These are not fancy digital knobs either. It’s a great little machine for cooking food for one or two people. The food really does come out quite tasty. I’m not sure why they call it a fryer. I would call it a mini convection oven. This machine blows heated air, surrounding the food with even heat. This makes the food brown evenly and cook a bit faster. There is a drip pan so when you cook meats, the fats do not pool at the bottom of the meat. I find this particularly good when cooking bacon. Typically when I fry bacon on a cook top it ends up frying in a layer of bacon fat. Not with this machine, the fat drips away and for whatever reason the bacon tastes fantastic. Another great use is reheating food. I’m not a fan of microwaves and firing up my oven to heat up an 8 oz ribeye is a waste of time and energy. And for whatever reason the convection heating from this oven makes the reheated food taste better. So yes I would highly recommend one of these air fryers and this one in particular. Cleans up is easy in the dishwasher. Plus this thing was $40 Amazon prime!Update: I had the family over Christmas morning and I made a little bacon for us to snack on. Everyone liked it so much I ended up cooking 4 or 5 packs of bacon in this thing. I had it running about 2 hours straight. Worked like a champ. Like I said so far so good.

I’ve purchased three of the Bella air fryer. One for work, home and one for my mother. Since purchasing the air fryer I rarely turn on the oven to cook anything. There isn’t anything you can not cook in this gadget. The product is sturdy, durable, cooks food evenly, has several temperature settings and is a breeze to clean. Once you use an air fryer you’ll wonder why did it take you so long to buy one. I’ve had my air fryer for about 2 years and have not had any issues with it. I’d buy it again.

Just got this today. Nice fryer for the price ($39.99). A fraction of the cost for other models of the same size & capacity.As others have stated, it's a bit large if you are trying to save your counter space. I had to put away one of my coffee makers to make some room.It cooks nicely. I have a convection feature on my oven & also have a counter top toaster oven with convection. The air fryer uses the same technology to "fry" foods. I guess I just wanted to try it out & see if it were any different. It cooks very similar to my ovens.But it does seem to cook faster.Overall I like it for the convenience. It's easy to clean. Cooks fast. And foods come out crisp with good flavor.I am concerned about the little plastic tab that locks the drawer in place. That doesn't seem very durable and others have stated theirs has broken. I can definitely see why. Hopefully this will hold up.

Adjustable temperature control and 60 minutes timer. Dishwasher safe Non stick basket and pan for easy cleaning. Quiet heating system fan and ventilation. If you manage to use this air fryer properly, the outcome is amazing. Eat fried food with less oil.

Chicken fingers and even burgers come out great. Small red potatoes with an oil, salt and pepper coating come out amazing. My daughter had some and apologized to us thinking we were full of it when we touted the virtues of the taters. Tater tots, pizza bites, onion rings, french fries, sausage, bacon, chicken wings (fresh with flour dusting) and garlic butter on fresh baguettes are great. Mechanical timer and simple temperature dial makes it super quick and easy to use. I'm already going to order another one to use in our camper.Minor Caveat: I got lazy a few times and shook the fries with the lower half of the basket assembly still attached. Between that and washing the basket while holding the handle, the screws that fasten the handle to the basket came loose. Fortunately they had the presence of mind to use nuts embedded into the handle than simple screws into the handles plastic. A simple tighten with a Phillips occasionally solves that. Hold the basket not the handle when washing it.

I got this one for my brother, and he loves it...seems to work very well and easily, and as a guy usually on a diet, he says its really helpful making stuff in the air fryer that tastes good but fits various programs

Great product. Fries evenly and crisps nicely. The only reason I gave it a 4 star review is because its capacity is small. Great if you’re single and invariably cooking for one, but useless for 2 + people. Otherwise, it’s a great buy!

Love it. Easy to use. Easy to clean. Always used oven and for a few fries that is costly. This is a perfect must for every household. But watch out. You may eat more fries now :)
