If you love a good sauna or steam room but can't afford a membership at a high end health club; this is a perfect substitute that you can use in the privacy of your own home. You get the same sweat and detoxifying effects.If you have limited mobility or flexibility you may need some help zipping your self in, but otherwise it is stupid simple to use. Just plug it in, let it heat up, set the timer and then zip yourself in and relax.Yes there will be pools of sweat afterwards, but simply wipe down with a towel and a spritz of water/vinegar mixture and its good to go.Very high quality materials and user friend technology.I am so happy that I decided to give it a try.

Effective and cost efficient
I bought this product feeling a bit skeptical and almost silly that I even purchased it. Although I had read the glowing reviews in how well this sauna blanket works I did not think that it would do much. Goodness I was wrong. My tired achy muscles were almost instantly relaxed even before the blanket was completely heating. It was fast and very powerful. Afterwards there was a bucket of sweat. I love this product and am glad that I have added it to my chronic pain relief arsenal. I wish that I had done it sooner!

Can’t afford to go to a day spa to use an infrared sauna, so this is the next best thing. Use once a week along with being on Keto.

There was an issue with the shipment but I contacted the seller and they were professional, responsive, and took care of it. My biggest concern was if the blanket would truly reach 180F and produce sweat for detox. Started sweating a lot after 20-30 minutes. I used a infrared heat gun to measure the temperature and it delivered as promised. I hang it on the fence outside and clean it off with the power washer when done and let it dry in the sun.

Great Muscle Relaxer
I use this for helping with muscle aches, you know the ones that wont quite go away in a normal tub. It is fantastic! It adjusts time and temp for whatever my need is each time. Just suggest being careful when you unzip... the sweat can accumulate.

I like that it arrived on time. I like that it does make me sweat. I like that it’s easy to clean and easy to get in and out of. I don’t like my remote too much and it did cut off 1x may have been because the connections were loose but hasn’t had a problem since I recently purchased it. Very happy with this product so far. Would purchase another one.
