This is our second purchase. The different flavors are fairly easy to differentiate via color and the description on the front of the bag. There are a dozen or more flavors, with an only a couple my girls don’t care for (cinnamon and coconut mainly) but only because of their unique personal preferences. Each stick is a decent size, and one size opens easier than the other. Even when opened and cast aside (as a four year old is apt to do) I’ve seen no leakage. I can’t speak on crystallization as my kids eat them before they can get to that point. I don’t know about the amount of energy it gives the kids as they have plenty of energy anyway…😏
