What is this fabric? Plastic?
This is the last blouse I ever buy from China. It looks nothing like the picture. The fabric has a weird shiny plastic type of sheen and feel to it. There are loose threads everywhere. It is just UGLY. Going straight to goodwill.

Unfortunately this is not backed by amazon prime so I cannot return in the case it does not fit. Based on the previous reviews I am weary.
