I purchased the NOTE 9 case. I thought it was going to be similar kind like the otterbox layout. When I put it on my phone I noticed that the back side where the camera cutout is, the case did not sit flat. It actually shows as it has to much force that creates a bubble. I figured "OK let me give it a try to see how it goes". Well while I was using it I also noticed that it was difficult to control the volume buttons. I really needed to press really hard for the case to interact with my phone volume keys. That for me is a big no no. Another thing that I noticed from the case is that it was difficult to take out my s pen out from my phone. I would press the button to release it, and it will get stuck due to the way the rubber of the case overlapped the phone. So after the second day I had to remove it, and use my old case again.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT!!!!!

Great case. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is there is no traction on the back of the phone. Being it's for such a large phone it makes it to slippery to hold in one hand and use phone.

Fits great and very protective case but doesnt allow cordless charging. Had to buy new chargers.

Great case that is very durable and will take a beating. Takes cutting wood and brush hitting it very well. Will consider again if something does takes this case out.

Cant use screen protector with it but it protects everything else
