I bought this because I read about MCT powder and watch the video from a doctor about it I'm about to run out of this I think I will buy another one to keep trying it I haven't really seen any difference but I think you have to use it for quite a while to see a difference but so far I have no problems with it It has no taste blends well in a smoothie so if this is what you're looking for it's a great price and so far I have nothing bad to say.

Helps to keep my hunger pangs in check. And has definitely helped to curb my cravings for sweets. I put a scoop in my morning coffee. Doesn't dissolve immediately, you have to stir quite a bit & for whatever reason disposable spoons retain some kind of residue on them that makes the plastic spoon feel rough even after washing it. So use regular silverware.

I just received my product so I’m using it for the first time today. After seeing reviews about it, not mixing very well in coffee, I used my immersion blender (typically used to create froth in coffee). It worked very well. I’ll update to 5 starts after using this powder for 30 days.

I've been using this product for quite awhile (several years) I love it, although it does take a bit of spoon work to get it mixed into my coffee I think it's worth it. Has a slight coconut taste to me but very mild. I use it for the health benefits and think it's a good value for the price.

My husband and I use every am. We mix with garden of life organic protein plus greens, liquid, and vital collagen in our jet blender. Using the power blender produces a smooth and non clumping breakfast. Since we use a flavored protein we do not notice any other flavors. Love there is no soy , sunflower or palm oils additives. One container has about 28 servings. Wish they made it in a larger value size. We also do subscribe and save with amazon.

The can arrived half full but factory seal was still on it. I see the disclaimer, but I doubt that there is enough in here for 30 days. The can could easily have been smaller, and it is hard to get my big hand down in the can to scoop it, or even retrieve the scoop. If it was "settling" then rolling the can around and tapping it on the counter should "fluff it up" somewhat but it doesn't. If it lasts the 30 days, I'll revise my estimate but a third of it is gone now, and I've only been using it a week. It IS tasteless and blends well in coffee. It also does seem to be reducing my apetite, which is what I needed it for.
