Excellent physical therapy ball for hand strength and endurance .
The squeeze ball works great, although for me with hand and wrist surgery, it works best for my rehab, ( My thumb was slightly moved at the joint, so, I can't use the rubber extension for my thumb). Every rubber extension for my fingers workGreat!

Sams as I use at Therapy
I purchase this since I use it at OT and it is the exact same one. I like that is comes in a box and has an extra finger loop in a different size. It also has a QR code that you can scan to get exercises to do for different muscles in your hand. It give me exercises that I can do that I have not done at OT.

Satisfied with only one issue
I just received this product a few days ago. I am overall satisfied that it's as advertised. The long term benefits are TBD, but I do believe it will strengthen my hands and carpel tunnel area. The finger holds are very tight as other reviews have said. They make mu fingers red and I can't do the exercise for too long- maybe 15 mins at a time. I do wish it wasn't so tight and the main reason for the 3 stars. Otherwise it's constructed well and meets my needs for the most part.

Does the job!
Handy, easy to use. My physical therapist uses the same thing during my sessions, so I got this to use more often. Easy to slip on and do my exercises, and my hand strength has improved by 80% since starting PT.

Bad first impressions.
Hopefully it lasts through my rehab. I’ve had it two days and it’s already cracking. This is more of a very short term use item. I don’t see it lasting more than a month.
