Delicious
Have to use these for a family member who is extremely gluten sensitive. I actually like them better than normal manicotti tubes, they are easier to stuff and they taste just the same. Takes the whole bag to do a 13 x 9 baking dish.

AMAZING GLUTEN FREE PASTA
I must be gluten free, and I have searched high and low for gluten free products that actually taste good and perform well. This pasta is exceptional, you would never know it is gluten free AND it holds it's shape after cooking - doesn't disintegrate and turn into mush as easily as most gluten free pastas tend to do. The company also has prompt and excellent customer service. You won't be disappointed.

Fantastic pasta
The texture of this pasta is amazing, and it tastes delicious. It really didn’t taste gluten-free. It held its shaped well, and it wasn’t gritty or slimy.

Good GF pasta
This is a good pasta for all your cooking needs. Only thing is, I did not realize I needed to boil it in water first to cook/soften, so my oven-baked stuffed pasta came out of the oven hard as a rock (contents were fine). Managed to crunch my way through it. My fault though for not reading cooking instructions. Wish it came in “large shell” format for stuffing. Also, a soft variety. Boiling first, than baking in oven is a time-consuming process.

No artificial taste
Since gluten-free large shell pasta containing a rice and corn combination isn't available ( to my knowledge and research,) , I purchased these large sized tubular noodles hoping to fill them like you would a shell. Only cooked a very small amount to see if the flavor and consistency was worth the effort to stuff. Added this small amount to a meaty pasta sauce and some the sauce actually stayed inside the center. The pasta and sauce were very tasty and didn't disappoint me by getting mushy. I will definitely be stuffing the rest and reordering this brand.
