I bought this because this type of laxative was recommended to be taken while taking prescription grade 325mg Ferrous Sulfate (iron) tablets. I can't say my bowel movements were normal but it worked to keep me from getting constipated.

Works great for my 90 year old mom, much better than miralax. She only takes one pill at night and it is effective
