Item is awesome but expensive and very slow shipping
I have bought 4 of these entry housings. They're awesome if you want solar connectors on different enclosures. I've used them on two sheds and a shipping container! They are a bit expensive but the quality is pretty good. They look 3d printed but they're not cheap and i'm not worried about them lasting. My only complaint is shipping time is extremely slow. It look almost a month for me to get the last order.

3D Printed but Unique
Housing/Shell Surface is a bit rough (print pattern ridges) due to low res 3D print. However it seems well assembled. It has a O-Ring channel for creating a seal when surface mounting however there is no o-ring supplied. It also has impressions printed on corners for drill outs if you want to add screws/bolt but you need to complete drilling them out.Wiring is good.Even with the rough 3D printed surface this is a unique housing which I haven't been able to find elsewhere and is exactly what I needed. Perfect for connect/disconnect of portable panels on RV.Shipped/Received fast.

Great solution
I built a so called "Solar Generator" and was looking for a way to connect my solar panels to it. I used a big utility box with wheels for my generator, and didn't want yet another connector for my panels. I wanted to stick with MC4 to minimize cables and adapters. This connector was the perfect solution. It is so easy to install and comes pre-wired with 10 AWG wire and quick connectors for up to 50 amps of current capacity.I simply surface mounted this to the side of the box and wired it to the solar charge controller. Now I can connect my solar panels to it by using the MC4 connectors directly from my panels. No need for making additional cables or using more adapters. Minimizing connections is the key.I love this connector. It is very well made (in the USA), robust and weatherproof. It performs great and makes my design much easier to use. This connector is a great value for the price and I give it 5 stars.

Complete and ready to install
Compact and ready to install, the addition of the Wago connectors made adding to my RV a snap. No complaints.

Well Designed
As a few other reviews have mentioned, this unit feels and appears to be 3D printed. And guess what - I don't care and neither should you. It's durable and well designed and does what you want it to do - conceal an otherwise open wire entry point. My only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is that there are outlines for screw holes in the housing but no holes (no biggie to drill your own); and the housing has a channel on the back side that *appears* to be for a seal or gasket. For my application - where the housing was routed into a board to make it flush mount - a gasket on the back side would've been ideal. I can't imagine what, other than a rubber seal, that channel would be for.

Great for RV solar
Heavy duty thick plastic; much stronger than similar products. Has 2 sets of #10 wires connected in parallel to the 2 sets of connectors, so it should be good for about 60 amps. I connected the 2 sets of 10 gauge wire to 6 gauge wire to feed power from four 100 watt solar panels to a Bogart solar controller.

Didn't work for my application
This appeared to be a solid item but for my use it was next to impossible to make it work. I was going to install this in my camper inside of a cargo hatch. Connecting and disconnecting the cables inside of the hatch would be very difficult and that was not the reason for the purchase in the first place. I wanted to make it easier to hook up the solar panel cables. I'm sure they would have worked well on the outside of the camper but I was not going to drill holes through the walls to run the cables. This item appeared to be extremely well built and would last many a year.

Work great
It works as Intended. There is a nice groove on the back for a silicon bead for sealing.
