Pinzon by Amazon - Egyptian Cotton Towel Set, 2 Hand Towels - White, 600gsm

We liked these 100% cotton towels a lot - and bought them in several colours (the red, navy, green, and grey). They're nice and strongly coloured, have a good thickness to them and feel soft and fluffy. The towels wash well, retaining their strong colours and the fluffiness to their pile. The 4 pack bundles are great value - and far better quality than I had really expected at the price point.Would have liked to be able to buy matching bath sheets... but for some reason they don't seem to make them.

A fair cheap set if you need it quick, and works, feels, and smells exactly like any normal quality towel from a store. Nicely scented fabric softener and you’re good to go.

This is only a first impressions review - but my existing 600gsm Egyptian cotton bath sheets are about twice as thick.They do seem to be well made, the colours are excellent, only time will tell if they last.They're OK to supplement larger thicker bath sheets, just don't expect them to replace a luxury bath sheet, or be as well made.Other big brands seem to charge much more for bath towels, or bath sheets of a similar quality, they're not priced as luxury towels, so don't expect them to be luxury towels.The hand towels though, are very good, and are as thick as the bath towels, and overall the value for money is very good.

The towels are absolutely gorgeous, I ordered a cream set. Bath towels are of a good size to wrap yourself up after a shower/bath and the small ones great for wrapping your hair in a cocoon. They feel very luxurious and soft, comparable to towels available in high street stores these are of great quality. Great for the price. It's been nearly a year since I bought them and with continuous use there's been no damage, they always look like new after each wash. You do need a good washing machine though, we use a Samsung.

These are good quality towels, albeit of course they are not that expensive. Well made, look impressive, ultimately if they have any failing it is that they are not thick enough. But they are reasonably soft and absorbent. A good towel, I will certainly buy more.

They're towels. They don't feel amazing to touch, they aren't "incredibly absorbent", but they're towels - they are decent enough and only cost me 15 quid.I recommend not using them until you've washed them, or else you will get towel-fluff all over you and because you're wet that stuff sticks to you; similarly I recommend not washing them with things you care about because I assume the same thing that happened to my body will happen to the things you care about. But once they've been through the wash once, no residue fluff comes off.I ordered the "Cranberry" ones which are a lot more cranberry and a lot less bright red than the picture on amazon, but I prefer the colour they actually are and when I was ordering I thought "that's a bit too bright," so all-in-all a win.

A bit rough feeling. Certainly not on a par with towels produced in the UK in the past. Just when British manufactures got them, spot-on, (Christies and the like) along come cheaper imports that ruined our textile industries. All the knowledge of how to create high quality was lost, and, as with bedding made abroad, they had to start all over again trying to create a good product. It took a while, but they're still not as good as they should be, but things are improving

Questi asciugamani sono di ottima qualita', molto morbidi, assorbenti e pesanti ma non troppo. La misura giusta per bagno o doccia e colore bello (marrone chiaro.) Sono molto contenta ci questo acquisto.

Ich habe mich für das Pinzon by Amazon Handtuchset in Farbe Mossgrün bestehend aus 4 Handtüchern und 2 Badetüchern entschieden, weil meine alten Handtücher doch schon etwas hart und vor allem dünn waren.Die Pinzon by Amazon Handtücher mit einer Materialmenge von 600 g/m² kommen hierbei weitaus flauschiger daher als handelsübliche Handtücher mit ihren 450 bzw. 500 g/m², sind dadurch natürlich auch etwas dicker und schwerer. Für mich ist die gebotene Qualität mit Hotelqualität vergleichbar, zumindest mit der vieler Hotels.Die 4 Handtücher haben die angegebenen Abmessung von 100 cm x 50 cm , wobei die Handtücher nach ein paar Wäschen in der Länge scheinbar etwas schrumpfen, ich messe hier derzeit max 97 cm, die Breite bekommt man weiterhin auf 50 cm gedehnt. Bei den zwei Badetüchern verhält es sich ähnlich, statt der angegebenen 140 cm x 70 cm messe ich nach ein paar Wäschen 135 cm x max 70 cm. Das Originalmaß vor Benutzung habe ich allerdings nicht überprüft.Was zu beachten ist, die zu 100% aus Baumwolle bestehenden Hand-/Badetücher sind vor Erstbenutzung separat zu waschen. Nach einigen Wäschen lässt die Farbe etwas nach, das ist aber normal.Sowohl die Hand- als auch die Badetücher haben keine separaten Aufhänger, hier kann man aber das Pflegehinweisschild nutzen, bei mir hängen die Handtücher auf einem Handtuchständer, Aufhänger sind also für mich nicht wichtig.Sehr erfreulich ist, daß weder Hand- noch Badehandtücher zu irgend einem Zeitpunkt gefusselt haben. Sie sind sehr saugstark, man merkt es auch am zunehmenden Gewicht. Man ist schnell und spürbar abgetrocknet, ein großes Plus gegenüber Mikrofaserhandtüchern.Alle Tücher können mit bis zu hygienischen 60°C gewaschen werden, wie erwähnt sie schrumpfen scheinbar leicht, die Absteppungen an den Tuchenden bleiben allerdings formstabil und verziehen sich nicht.Im Trockner können die Tücher bei niedriger Temperatur getrocknet werden, besonders empfehlenswert ist diese Trocknungsmethode bei hartem Wasser. Die Hand- und Badetücher sind nach der Trocknung im Trockner wieder sehr weich und flauschig, bei Lufttrocknung werden sie häufig härter.Auf Weichspüler sollte man eigentlich verzichten, da der Weichspüler mit der Zeit die Fasern verklebt, das verringert die Flauschigkeit der Hand- und Badetücher. Allerdings duften die Handtücher dann vielleicht nicht so angenehm.Bügeln, chemische Reinigung oder das Bleichen sind zu unterlassen.Aufgrund des höheren Materialanteils und der erhöhten Flauschigkeit ist der Verkaufspreis vielleicht etwas höher als bei Standardhandtüchern, das Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis ist aus meiner Sicht aber tadellos.Ich habe mir daher zwei weitere Badetücher in Moosgrün und ein Set in einer anderen Farbe bestellt und konnte ein paar "Bretter" entsorgen.Daumen hoch und meine Empfehlung ...
