Invicta Men's 16739 Pro Diver Analog Display Swiss Quartz Gold Watch

This is probably my favorite watch by far. I'm visual, so attached pictures on my review for the silver one (link below)... (I don't think alot of stock watch pictures do the watches justice). I'm at a point that I like the polished/unpolished mixture with my watches (like the polished stainless down the center of the bracelet). Another thing that I try to stay away from is a white face, and definitely not a red, blue, green, etc faces (the colors may clash with what I'm wearing). I prefer a black, gray/silver, or mother of pearl face (these colors are a bit different and a bit more elegant, at least in my opinion). I purchased a watch adjustment kit from Amazon a few months ago to make all the necessary changes to my watches to minimize expenses with changing out the batteries, removing links, etc. So the day that I received the watch, I adjusted it & wore it out (2 links off of each side so that the clasp isn't lopsided; also, I may have to make minor adjustments on the clasp because I like for my watches to FIT, not slide up and down). If you need help adjusting the watch bands, there are plenty of videos on youtube. The ridges around the bezel gives it an extra look of prestige. The only thing that I'd want on it that it doesn't have is a date with a raised bulb (similar to Rolex). It's 44MM and I'd say that I tend to lean more towards 45-47MM bezels, but I'd say that my new minimum is 44MM. I've seen other watches that I like, but because they were 40MM, I felt like they'd be more in line with many modern women watches. Another thing I'd say pay attention to is the thickness of the watch. If it's too thick and you wear dress shirts, then it may be hard to get the sleeve over the watch... I think the maximum thickness that I'd go is about 15MM, though I'd rather have a max of 12-13MM... I love this style so much that I bought the silver one as well. A nice watch is an essential accessory and if you don't want to buy a Movado, Rolex, Cartier, Tag, etc, then this is an awesome alternative! Very luxurious looking watch. Very slight ticking sound. You may have to remove a few bands, which I did for less than $10; you should be able to walk into any jeweler and do that. It's a little heavy and clunky and the style is pretty loud if not paired with something appropriate. Otherwise I enjoy this watch and I find nothing wrong with it. This was my first watch and I have no regrets so far. There have been complaints about coloring but I have had this for about 3 weeks now and there are absolutely no signs of discoloration.

I Love this watch came on time and it looks way better in person ..very good for the price ..its heavy and you can tell it’s well made. Love the gold look (although it’s not gold) it stands out especially if your like me someone that only wears yellow gold jewelry this goes well with a 14k ring and chain this will definitely complete the look.. I love the engraved invicta name on the side ..I will definitely be getting another invicta watch

The hands are white plastic, feel out of place wrt the overall watch which feels heavy. The gold color is lasting, been 2 months wearing this watch.

Cheaper built than what I expected. The pictures definitely are a big giveaway. A lighter rose-gold of a tone when not in direct lighting. A loud wrist chain with no weight to it. The watch casing feels solid indistinctly from the, subject to slight fogging, mineral glass. Over the years Invicta definitely started cheaping out on the packaging, as many companies have too. It came with a totally different box from the one represented in the pictures of the insertion. No warranty physical card other than the manual itself, now as well. I've had somebody buying this many years ago and him and I can guarantee for sure that the packaging differs. The cheaper packaging is a big let down overall. It was shipped overseas in a box with just a bubble of plastic in one side of the package. 10/10 the watch-box has been bouncing all around it. Going to gift this to a colleague getting married. I'll opt for a gift wrap on this cheap enclosure. Value for the money 5/5 Structural quality 3/5 Features 1/5 Looks 4/5 Packaging and presentation 1/5 OVERALL SCORE: 3/5 I would suggest to go for a Casio MDV if you're looking for a solid diver. This one is just for the shows. Honestly I would've personally. And added a NATO strap to it. But I would end up running late; so I guess I'm stuck with it.
