QuadTab 10.1 Tablet PC Android 8.1 2GB RAM 16GB Storage 1280 x 800 Touchscreen

The tablet comes very professionally packaged with charger and screensaver and a dcmi cable .the first thing I noticed when I took it out of the box was the outer case or the build or the bezel of the tablet one word cheap very cheap plastic back sides front entirely made of plastic so whatever you do don't drop it but after that some good news it gets a really nice HD picture . The external speakers thou a little tiney are very loud. The tablet is fairly fast without too much lag time but not incredibly fast. The Bluetooth works great . The 5 mega pixel camera works suprizingly well ! And produces good pictures ! The initial set up is fast and easy . I use the tablet to watch YouTube videos , Amazon prime movies , play games and download games from Google play store and read ,send and manage my email . Well this very affordable tablet has really surprised me ! It works great ! And hasn't given me any problems what so ever ! I use it night and day and the tablet has stood up to everything I've thrown at it . I recommend this tablet ! Just be sure to get a good case for it !

If one of the main reasons for purchasing the tablet is to connect to a monitor/TV via HDMI cable, I recommend purchasing the following HDMI cable at the same time due to the tablets requiring “deep port capabilities”. I purchased several brand new HDMI cables and MHL adapters, but was unable to connect to any of my TVs, and I don’t have Smart TVs so I can’t connect wirelessly. I reached out to the vendor for assistance, and the gentlemen who assisted me, Alan, was extremely helpful and efficient with his response times. He advised me that the tablets require a cable with the “deep port capabilities” and suggested the below link. Great screen quality, fast processor and it accurately recognizes where you tap on the tablet. I purchased the Elecost Quad Tab 10.1 Tablet to replace an older Elecost Tablet. The new one has a faster processor, better screen resolution, sound quality and and Android 8, which will update to Android 9 when available. The faster processor greatly improved the interaction with some apps . I frequently travel to foreign countries or travel on cruise ships, where American television is limited and on cruise ships the internet can be expensive. This tablet allows me to store video from Dish network and Prime video from Amazon. With the tablets built in HDMI outlet port I can send video via cable to a portable projector and comfortably watch shows in a large screen format. In addition the dedicated HDMI out port allows me to charge the tablet through the USB port while watching video. The SD slot is a little tricky to use, however the upside is once you have the SD card inserted it is completely contained inside the tablet thereby preventing inadvertent damage or ejection.

It's plastic if you drop it it will fall a part I don't dare let my grandson touch it for the price of a $119.00 I expected more. Then the pictures show 2 screen protectors the one they put on the and a piece of blue pepper thin film the one they put on had a few bubbles so I ask if they would send me a new one it's been about a week now I haven't heard back from them. I don't send back my bad buys it just reminds my not to buy from this business.

I figured I would give this garage-based, one-man company (Elecost) another chance to tell me why the HDMI port doesn't work with standard HDMI TV's. Unfortunately I had to deal with the same non-technical tech support person as before. He said that they require a "Deep-port" HDMI cable. What? Try looking up one on Amazon- you'll never find one because he made it up !!! Like a "Flux Capacitor" or "Heisenburg Coupler". Then he refuses to give me a link to a compatible cable until I give him my order #. So, I give it to him, then he refuses to accept that's it's the real order number !! So, being stupid enough to have ordered 2 of these tablets I sent him the other order number !! His response? Dead Silence !! Basically, they bought a bunch of cheap chinese tablets whose HDMI port is incompatible with most TV's out there !! And they fail to tell you this in their product description !!! This whole thing would be really comical were it not for the fact that this one-man company virtually stole over $200 from me by being purposefully deceptive about their non-standard HDMI ports !!!If HDMI port is important to you then I reccomend the Simbans Tango tablet. A far superior product. I bought one & plan to buy another.

Probably sending it back. The HDMI port seems to malfunction. When I plug it in the streaming video freezes and the touch screen is not responsive. And I have to wiggle it to connect to the TV

Ok so its my first tablet waited until they were so cheap i couldnt say no...it is very thin seems built good and does what its suposed to all in all a great buy ive been using it 6 weeks and no problems...it wo t run on 5 g wifi but no problem for me

This tablet is everything I had hoped for. I was amazed that for the price it preforms so well. I bought it for my grandson and he loves it. His games play without a problem. He was taking pictures with it and I have to say the quality was really great. He loves it. Great tablet!
