This is smaller than it appears on the description, it doesn't generate any heat at all and due to it's shape can only be strapped on by strangling you. It can't provide any support as you have to fasten it across your throat, so any kind of tightness would just gag or strangle you. A good idea but very poorly thought out and designed. Destined for the bin.

no heat is generated so gave no benefit at all - better sticking with a hot water bottle in my opinion

ok for women , does what it says but it does not fit men with thicker necks. no size indication is given
