Just get the cheaper one
It is identical to the cheap $20-$30 unit I was replacing. That made in China mark was in the same spot and they added there fancy sticker.

3.5 years later, water intrusion
Purchased in March 2020 --- installed no problem. Car is always in garage and never exposed to rain. Two months ago, took car to shop for some work and it stayed outside a few days at the shop. It rained, and that was it, unit filled with water. Not waterproof. Beware.

Good price/performance
I have installed 6 or 7 of these antennas on various cars, principally Toyotas that are 12-17 years old. The first one I installed failed due to water intrusion. I have more on that and my solution below. What I like about these antennas is they have excellent reception at an affordable price. They come complete and are easy to install. Because the antenna cable leading to the radio is removable at the unit, future antenna replacements won't require fishing the lead up behind the dash! Also, some of the cars I fit with antennas have a steeply angled mounting surface. I have been able to mount these on some pretty difficult cars. What I don't like about this antenna is that it is not a robust unit. I have observed two main issues: The power lead bullet connectors are weak and not well crimped to the wires. These antennas seem to suffer from water infiltration into the area of the antenna where the printed circuit board resides. If you get water in there, it's toast! I called and learned that the importer does not stock service parts. I have taken to cutting out the power lead bullet connectors and butt-splicing the leads together. I also wrap the unit in Gorilla Tape, from the bottom up, creating a water shield to prevent water intrusion. The antenna comes with clear instructions and wiring options. By following the instructions and adding my improvements, the antennas seem to last pretty well.
