It fit well just bolt up. Problem whe running. It kept running out of fuel. I thought I had varnish in tank or something. I finally removed the unit and found the front metal faceplate was screwed on in wrong position making me put valve in reserve position. Easy fix taking off plate and turning valve 180 degree and screw plate on and reinstall valve into tank and then putting tank back into wheeler. Much time spent on figuring out why. Your build part mistake.

So this valve worked great, like a lot of the reviews stated, the on,off and reserve marks don't line up. But ohh well, for a part that works under $20 it works. NOTE, like other reviews state, keep your old rubber gasket, the new one is just a little small an I can see how it would leak. Use the old one and there were no issues. The atv has never run better!

Be careful with this petcock I used it on my Honda 400EX you'll need to use the old o-ring if you try to use the ring that's comes with it you will have problems like I did .gas leaked everywhere had to take the tank off real quick and put the older ring back on. need to cut down the filter screen to make it fit also.

No flow in “on” position. Have to use it in reserve position and even then it has to be turned toward “off” slightly to achieve flow. It works but not correctly.

PROS, valve and screen fits perfect, valve seals at off and changes properly from on to res. CONS, o ring is not large enough and will not seal, SAVE YOUR OLD O RING!!

The o-ring being a tad too thin was the only issue
