RICOV 3-in-1 Mini DisplayPort (Thunderbolt) to HDMI VGA DVI Adapter - White

I used this to connect a MacBook Pro 13" A1278 (Mid 2010) to a Insignia 4K Roku TV via a TV HDMI port.(I had to supply my own HDMI cable.)Then I was able to watch Masterpiece TV show episode streamed via the computer on the TV.I had to set the computer sound preference to output to the TV, then everything worked great--sharp picture, excellent sound.

okay so after reading the other customers reviews and the answers i got i realized this is great for me, i plugged it into my laptop and tried to figure out what to do next then realized i can plug my camera into this display port and use it as a web camera! I was floored! only trouble i have now is i have to get an adapter for my camera but other than that this is going to work great! Also gives me an extra slot to put a normal monitor to my laptop! Save me the usb port and give me the display port any day! It makes my laptop screen look horrible when its working. I hate to say that but its true the colour on my monitor is so much cleaner and crisper and i am speechless!

Great item and works well. No lag on monitor using a Mac, like some of the others.

I travel and some of my Clients do not have proper adapters. This little item has been a life-saver! I keep it in my backpack so that I won't forget to pack it.

Works flawlessly! To use with my older TV, I had to adjust the settings of the TV to match that of the computer. Otherwise, could not have performed better!
