Had it for a couple months, remote won't work already, can't turn the light on, the fan is just stuck on one setting and I have emailed and called a whole bunch trying to get a PDF version of the user manual emailed to me because mine was not in the box and for some reason they can't do it for me!!!!!!

The remote control module overheated and fan is not even 2 months old. Seller says to request return/refund and Amazon says it’s warranty is only for 30 days. RIP OFF. DO NOT BUY THIS FAN! We were lucky we were home when we saw the arc and examined it. Could have burned down our home with our pets in it as well as grandchildren. NOT HAPPY....DO NOT PURCHASE.

Price was very, very competitive with its competitors for this size fan. Everything works well, easy instructions, great long term construction for an exterior environment and wow, does this fan move the warm summer time air! I Highly Recommend this unit.

Had to return it. The “max” speed is really slow, you will not feel it “outdoor”. The looks and materials are great. Return process was a bit long but we did get the reimbursement

This set arrived without blades!!! The assembly is unnecessarily complicated; very poorly designed. Unfortunately, I can’t return this as it’s past 30days since I bought it.

TERRIBLE fan. Slowest fan I’ve ever seen or purchased. This thing is useless. Don’t waste your money.
