Worth every penny, stay sticky, can wear barefoot
Works great! It sticks to my foot all day and relieves pressure. I have walked a few miles with it on at a time, no slippage. I just wash it nightly with warm water and soap, shake it off, then stick it inside on the side of a plastic freezer bag for storage. Within 10 minutes it becomes sticky and I can reapply. Have washed it over 30 times and still incredibly sticky. It comes with 2 left and right pairs. Enough thickness to provide relief. I even wear it barefoot on my hardwood floors at home.

Sesamoiditis? GET THESE
Like another poster, I suffer from sesamoiditis. It is THE WORST, most pesky injury OF ALL TIME and I often found myself in tears frustrated trying to find a solution that would allow me to exercise on my feet. I went to an orthopaedic and a podiatrist and they recommended all sorts of things. When I first saw these pads I thought surely they would not be thick enough to provide any kind of offloading relief but boy was I wrong. I tried stiff shoe inserts, metatarsal pads, other pads that loop around your big toe, and we even got the point where I was taking medicine for people with osteoarthritis. After five months of this and some awkward surprise crying to strangers, I decided to give these a chance as a last resort before spending $400 for custom orthotics. The pads are thin, but they work so well. Unlike metatarsal pads you stick in your shoe, these donโt f up your shoe if you misplace them and stay perfectly in place at all times. I love that you can wash and reuse them so easily. I gave four stars because they donโt fully allow me to do hot yoga without falling off. Iโve been using a compression sock over them but they still shift a bit when inundated with sweat and moisture. Overall these have helped me go from limping and wincing all day to actually being able to function with minimal pain. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!!

Brilliant Solution For Long 2nd Metatarsal
Note - you can turn it sideways (different than the photos shown), and use it to take pressure off the 2nd metatarsal. Whether you're using them for sesamoiditis, other ball-of-foot pain, or If you're one of the unlucky ppl who have a 2nd toe longer than the first, this can save a world of hurt. I wear them inside of dress shoes and even inside ballet slippers. The material is easily washable and long lasting. Much better than the wool pads. Adhesion is not perfect if your feet sweat a lot, but that's the trade-off for cleanability. Overall, this is a game-changer and actually made me feel I need to buy a lifetime supply in case they are ever discontinued. Thank you for making it!

These gel pads helped immensely!
These helped immensely with my foot pain. I thought I was having an issue with arches so I got arch supports but that didn't help. I googled "pain under big toe" and found it was probably sesimoiditis, likely from exercising. I got these to try since treatment for sesimoiditis would have been rest, ice, etc. I purchased the package in December and am using the second pair starting today, April 18th. (FYI, I wore the heck out of the first pair. They were ratty looking, but I decided it was time to use a fresh pair.) I use both sides to make things "even" and these gel pads not only helped my foot heal, it also helps the spot in the middle of the bottom of my feet where I was getting corns, also probably from exercising, so double win!! If you have an issue with pain under the bottom of your big toe, try these. I'm so glad I got them!

Great when is place but doesnโt stick for long on my foot
This product is great in theory but it does not stick and stay in one place so relief is short lasting and then the pad wanders to different parts of the foot. Even tried medical paper tape and it broke free and still slipped around (and that is just walking about the house in socks)

Comfort and pain prevention for a day walking
These are super comfortable and the fit stays in place all day. They are reusable on skin or under a shoe insole. These really help me prevent foot pain.

Does not give support
Unfortunately not what I need. I needed padding this product is very thin and rolls up when I put my compression stocking on. Might work for others, flexible. Soft

Hurt my foot about 5 months ago- had X-rays done which showed nothing. I Finally got these and I can walk around with no pain for the first time in months. I have size 5.5-6 and they fit my well. Might be small if you have big feet

Good quality but you have to be careful. It was prescribed by a physio for my big toe osteoarthritis (hallux rigid); however, my podiatrist told me that it would be helpful for one of my big toe that has hallux limits, but not to the other one. Well, I could exercise more when I used it in both feet.

They seem to be helping but don't stick on very well

These are too big for my feet. I have size 9 wide feet but they go past the edge of my foot and cause pressure on the outside of my foot. They do alleviate ball of foot pain but caused pinching and pain in other areas.

These are pretty darn good for the price and they are comfy. I have wide feet though, and I wish they measured wider. Seems all the dancer pads are this small, however. I also don't understand why all of these dancer pads curve in toward the bone joint at the two tips. I plan to cut it a little so it first around my first MTP joint better. I have used them both direct on my feet and on the orthotic insole (where I cut out a hole for my sesamoid, so this adds a bit of a cushioning, as the insoles are quite thin, so it doesn't offload enough).
