Great for sesamoid fracture
I fractured my sesamoid - these gel pads have been my best friend. I position the cutout so that it is right around the ball of my foot and it takes a lot of the pressure off of my seasmoid bone. They stay sticky for a long time and are easy to wash (they stay sticky). I feel that these have helped with my pain quite a bit by offloading the pressure off of the sesamoid. They are very sturdy - I have been using the same one for weeks. Also, they are gel (not fabric) so they don't get smelly in your shoes. If you have a sesamoid fracture or sesamoiditis, I would recommend you try these!

Comfortable and Helpful!
The pads are comfortable, stay in place, and easy to to fit into my shoes. The issue I have is that the "sticky" component will not last long, which means more frequent purchases of pads that are not inexpensive. Because of the relief they bring to the "callous" on my foot, I will probably stick to these particular pads.

So Far So Good
Bought them to relieve nerve pain between metatarsal bones. So far, so good. I only need them for my right foot, so wish I could buy them for right-only or left-only.

not great
not as good as the competitor product I used first... these don't stick to the skin as well, won't be buying again

Works amazingly well (for me) for sesamiod pain
Having struggled with multiple foot and ankle issues, including sesamoid pain, for a few years now, I know how subjective it is to an individual and a particular condition it is that these kind of things (pads, insoles, etc.) work (or don't work) to relieve and individual's pain. That said, these work amazingly well for me in combination with a stiff rocker-soled shoe and a soft insole. Currently using it in a "post-surgical" shoe adhered directly to the foam insole (not adhered to the foot). I have no sesamoid pain at all with this combination. I am hoping to transition into a more "normal" shoe, like a Hoka One One, with a stiff rocker sole in a couple of weeks, and hopefully my pain won't come back. These are worth a try for you, but know that they may not work well for you or your particular pain. Foot and ankle pain can be incredibly tricky to solve, so don't give up if these don't work! Keep trying other solutions. You should see the huge box of insoles, pads, supports and massagers I have accumulated over the past couple of years (along with several boxes of shoes).

One and Done expensive product
First use is fine. Subsequent uses are awful. Rolls up. Won’t stick well. So it a One and Done product for a large price. Not acceptable. Not acceptable at all

Helped a lot
These helped a lot when I was having pain in the ball of my foot behind my big toe. Made it bearable to walk and stayed sticky for multiple wears. I just washed it lightly with hand soap after and it would remain sticky

Could be thicker…
I have really great custom-made orthotics that I wear with my regular rocker shoes. I bought a pair of weightlifting shoes and my regular orthotics are too unstable for deadlifting. These work great, but I only gave 4 stars because I need to double them up to make them thick enough for enough to offload my fractured sesamoids.
