These work out great for my biking habits! Definitely not appropriate for a triathlon, but for a dedicated biking session they save a lot pain in my rear!

As others have mentioned...the waist fit was fine, but the leg (at the bottom) was way too large and baggy.

Excellent fit. Sizing is more generous than other brands. Silicone grippers stay in place flawlessly. The pad is very comfortable.
