Great Customer satisfaction.
Great Customer satisfaction.The product is smooth and noiseless.We are customers of Ponmani brand grinders for more than 20 years now. I myself bought 3 grinders in the last 5 years for my home & my family members.This time i bought a grinder on July 2022 for a wedding gift. I ordered it in Amazon directly to the couples new home address in Chennai.Unfortunately they opened it only last week 15th Sep 2022 and found that the grinder's body was completely damaged and not in running condition.Without any hope(as the delivery happened 2 months before and the return period is over) i reached customer care team and raised a complaint about the damage.They took the complaint in a pleasant way and requested the image of the grinder. I shared it with them. Then they asked me contact the MD of Ponmani Mr.Suresh.It was really a wonderful experience with him that he immediately approved for a replacement of the grinder after seeing the images.I never experienced this kind of generous gesture even from many top home appliances brands in the country.The replacement happened on 26th Sep.( Attached pics of both damaged & Replaced grinders).

expensive spare parts
it produces lot of heat. and most important spare parts are very expensive compared to other brands and charge a lot for shipping. Not advisable any where outside tamilnadu probably.

Damaged wet grinder :(
Amazon delivery was good . Observed no damage to cardboard box but internal product was damaged. Never expected seller ponmani will deliver me a damaged product. Have requested for replacement. Hope I get proper product without any damage.Note : will change the review after I get replacement product.

Ponmani wet grinder is value for money
Ponmani nano tech wet grinder is easy to use. Quality was better. Looks good 👍. Value for money. I like this product. Rotation speed is little bit slow. Grinding time takes about 40min for 1 kg. Motor gets heating for 40 min grinding. After grinding motor get cool fastly. Amazon delivery is fast and comportable. I appreciate Amazon for fast and secure delivery. Thank you Amazon.
